背景技术
对于带有锥度的工件,要对其锥度部分某一横截面的直径进行测量时,由于锥面的特殊性质,一些常规的测量工具,如游标卡尺等,在测量时难以保证其准确地定位在需要测量的截面处,从而影响了测量精度。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种结构简单、测量精度易于保证的带锥度工件的直径测量检具。
本实用新型的带锥度工件的直径测量检具包括有两根水平设置的圆柱棒,两根圆柱棒的中心线相互平行并且位于同一高度位置,两根圆柱棒之间的间距可调。
本实用新型结构简单、操作方便,测量时通过两圆柱棒的圆柱面与被测工件锥面接触,可以准确地对需要测量的截面位置进行定位,再通过对两根圆柱棒间距的测量即可计算获得所测锥度截面处的直径,由于对圆柱棒间距的测量较易获得较高的精度,因此也保证了对锥度工件的测量具有较高的精度。

如图所示,该带锥度工件的直径测量检具包括有两根水平设置的圆柱棒1,两根圆柱棒的中心线相互平行并且位于同一高度位置,可以通过调节机构水平移动两根圆柱棒,以调节它们之间的间距。
在进行测量时,使带锥度工件2的轴心线位于竖直位置,并将其锥度部分设置在两根圆柱棒之间,使圆柱棒的圆柱面与锥面相接触,测量两圆柱棒的外铡距离L,该距离L减去两圆柱棒的直径之和即为工件在该截面处的直径值。
