本实用新型涉及一种氨法鼓泡结晶烟气脱硫装置,包含塔体,塔体设有烟气输入管、吸收液进口、净烟气输出管和料浆输出口,烟气输入管的上方设有吸收喷淋器,塔体下部为浆液池。其特征是烟气输入管通入吸收塔内,入塔的烟气输入管的下侧固定连接有纵向排列的鼓泡管,鼓泡管的下端伸入浆液池的液面以下。本装置采用烟气对浆液进行鼓泡而提高气液传质传热效率,并结合塔外循环管路,可确保较高的脱硫效率;同时利用烟气自身热量对硫酸铵溶液进行浓缩结晶,热量利用率高。

氨法鼓泡结晶烟气脱硫装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种烟气湿法脱硫装置,特别是以氨为吸收剂,副产硫酸铵的氨法 鼓泡结晶烟气脱硫装置。 背景技术
随着我国经济的发展,对电量的需求也日益增加,直接以燃煤为能量的火力发电厂, 由于煤含硫量较高,大量的排放烟气中所含的S02对环境污染日趋严重,因此解决火电
厂烟气脱硫问题迫在眉睫。目前应用于烟气脱硫的工艺有很多,其中湿法脱硫技术是利
用碱性液体与烟气中的二氧化硫酸性中和而生成中性盐结晶的方法,目前发达国家90% 以上的烟气脱硫工程均采用湿法脱硫技术。在我国该技术也被广泛应用。目前,湿法脱 硫装置中,副产物的结晶主要分为塔内结晶和塔外结晶两种。塔内结晶时间较长、结晶 效率不高,塔外结晶则耗能较多。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种氨法鼓泡结晶烟气脱硫装置,该装置能加快结晶速 率、提高结晶质量、节省能耗,而且脱硫效率高。
本实用新型氨法鼓泡结晶烟气脱硫装置包含塔体,塔体设有烟气输入管、吸收液进 口、净烟气输出管和料浆输出口,烟气进口的上方设有吸收喷淋器,塔体下部为浆液池, 烟气输入管通入吸收塔内,入塔的烟气输入管的下侧固定连接有纵向鼓泡管,鼓泡管的 下端伸入浆液池的液面以下。所说的烟气输入管可横向伸入塔内或入塔后折转向下。
所说的纵向鼓泡管为多个并列设置。
浆液池与吸收喷淋器通过塔外循环管路及循环泵相连。
本装置采用伸入浆液池的鼓泡管,入塔烟气从鼓泡管向池内喷射,池内吸收液产生 大量气泡,气泡上升到吸收液表面破裂,大量的浆液被分散成雾状液滴被烟气夹带上升, 而大的液滴在重力作用下向下回落,气泡也不断破裂和合并,新的气-液接触面不断形 成。气体为分散相、液体为连续相,气-液接触均匀,传质、传热效果好,有利于晶体 的析出。同时,液滴在夹带和回落过程中,其所含的吸收剂不断吸收烟气中的S02,脱
硫率高。另一方面,本装置可利用烟气本身的热量,对硫酸铵溶液进行浓縮结晶,热量 利用率高。附图说明

图中标记为:IO—吸收塔,U—吸收液进口, 12—吸收喷淋器,13—净烟气出口管, 20—浆液池,21—烟气输入管,22—鼓泡管,23—侧向搅拌器,24—料浆出口, 31—料 液循环泵,32—结晶输出泵。 具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明本氨法脱硫副产硫酸铵的结晶装置的实施例结构。
见附图1和图2,吸收液由进口 11通入吸收塔10内。烟气输入管21横向通入吸收 塔10内(也可横向伸入后折转向下),入塔后的烟气输入管21的下侧面上固定连接有 多个平列的纵向鼓泡管22,鼓泡管22的下端伸入浆液池20的液面以下。烟气输入管 21的上方设有吸收喷淋器12。塔上部设有吸收液进口 11,塔顶设有净烟气出口管13, 塔底设有料浆出口 24。浆液池与吸收喷淋器通过塔外循环管路及循环泵相连。
本例中,热烟气从管21水平通入,随后通过布设其下侧的鼓泡管22向下吹向浆液 池20,对池内浆液鼓泡,浆液被分散成细小液滴,部分液滴被烟气夹带上升,上升过程 中,气液充分接触,进行良好的传质、传热,烟气中的S02被充分吸收,并利用烟气本 身的热量,对硫酸铵溶液进行浓縮结晶,热量利用率高。另一方面,桨液池的料液通过 循环泵31经塔外循环管路输送至吸收喷淋器12,进一步喷淋,吸收烟气中的S02。
料浆池硫酸铵料桨经后分离干燥后,所得晶体颗粒120-250pm、外观较好,品质较 高,同时整个装置的脱硫率也可保持在98%以上。

Claims (3)

1.氨法鼓泡结晶烟气脱硫装置,包含塔体,塔体设有烟气输入管、吸收液进口、净烟气输出管和料浆输出口,烟气输入管的上方设有吸收喷淋器,塔体下部为浆液池,其特征是烟气输入管通入吸收塔内,入塔的烟气输入管的下侧固定连接有纵向鼓泡管,鼓泡管的下端伸入浆液池的液面以下。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的氨法鼓泡结晶烟气脱硫装置,其特征是纵向鼓泡 管为多个并列设置。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的氨法鼓泡结晶烟气脱硫装置,其特征是其特 征是浆液池与吸收喷淋器通过塔外循环管路及循环泵相连。
