本实用新型是一种煤矿开采掘进用合金耐磨截齿。
技术背景：
现有矿山开采掘进用截齿的合金头是圆柱锥顶形状，且合金头钎焊在截齿本体上，钎焊后，合金头距截齿本体边缘不小于2.5mm，即使在截齿本体周边熔覆耐磨层，虽然耐磨层硬度较高，比较耐磨，但脆性大，与截齿本体的结合不牢固。因而在使用过程中，截齿顶部边缘及周边也极易开裂或磨损，从而无法保护截齿顶部边缘及周边，使得合金头掉落，或耐磨层脱落，而导致截齿报废，造成浪费，并影响掘进的正常生产。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是为煤矿开采掘进提供一种合金耐磨截齿，它能有效地保护截齿顶部边缘及周边不易磨损，有效地保护截齿。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采取的技术方案是：包含有合金截头、截齿本体等。合金截头钎焊在截齿本体的顶部，在截齿本体前端的锥面设置有多个小合金头，小合金头钎焊在截齿本体上。
由于本实用新型的截齿本体()前端的锥面设置有多个小合金头()。在使用时，也就能有效地保护截齿顶部边缘不易磨损。
