本实用新型涉及一种建筑工程用聚碳酸酯板材,尤其是一种用以建筑工程的阳光板。
背景技术
工程中所用的阳光板,通常由聚碳酸酯材料所制成,其广泛用于工业厂房、广告招牌、停车棚、体育场馆、游泳池、农业温室等场合,由于阳光板具有重量轻、强度高、隔音效果好、透光性能好、抗老化等优点,因此,其具有其它诸如玻璃、有机玻璃等建筑材料无法比拟的优点。
常用的阳光板,具有实心板和内部设置有加强筋的中空板两种类型,由于中空板类型的阳光板具有质轻、成本低廉、隔热性强等优点,因此,逐渐有取代实心板的趋势。但由于该中空板的自身结构特性,在安装过程中如彼此相邻的阳光板拼接不好,在以后的使用过程中,雨水、灰尘或虫子等很容易进入该阳光板的内部,而在阳光板内部形成霉斑和绿藻,进而影响阳光板的美观和使用寿命,因此,有必要对此种类型的阳光板做出改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种阳光板,该阳光板能防止雨水、灰尘或虫子等进入其内部。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用下述技术方案:该阳光板包括呈中空状且两侧面密封设置的板体,在所述中空状的板体内部设置有加强筋,在所述板体的两端面分别设置有与所述板体端面大小相适配的塑料板,所述塑料板分别与所述板体的两端面熔合为一体。
根据本实用新型的设计构思,从所述板体两侧分别向上延伸形成与所述板体长度相适配且呈U字形状的弯边。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有下述有益效果:(1)由于本实用新型的,其两侧面密封设置,其两端面有聚碳酸酯板熔合密封,因此,该阳光板能有效防止雨水、灰尘或虫子进入该阳光板的内部,进而提高了该阳光的使用寿命,避免了因阳光板内部进入雨水、灰尘或虫子而形成霉斑和绿藻影响该阳光板外表美观的缺陷;(2)由于本实用新型的阳光板的板体两侧设置有弯边,在对阳光板进行安装时,通过该弯边可很方便的实现对阳光板的安装,因此,其具有安装方便等优点。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本实用新型的阳光板包括板体1,该板体1为两侧面密封设置且呈中空状,在该中空状的板体1内部设置有加强筋,该加强筋横截面优选呈网格状。
为了防止雨水、灰尘或虫子进入该阳光板内部,在所述板体1的两端面分别设置有聚碳酸酯板2,该聚碳酸酯板2与所述板体1端面大小相适配的聚碳酸酯板,且分别与所述板体1的两端面熔合为一体。
为了便于安装阳光板,从板体1的两侧分别向上延伸形成呈U字形状的弯边13、14,该弯边13、14与板体1长度相适配;在安装该阳光板时,通过该弯边13、14很方便的卡接在墙壁等上面,安装非常方便。
由于本实用板体1的两侧面密封设置,且板体1的两端部分别由聚碳酸酯板熔合密封,因此,该阳光板的四侧面均实现了很好的密封,进而避免了雨水、灰尘或虫子进入该阳光板内部而形成霉斑和绿藻的缺陷,提高了该阳光板的使用寿命。

1.一种阳光板,包括呈中空状且两侧面密封设置的板体,在所述中空状的板体内部设置有加强筋,其特征在于,在所述板体的两端面分别设置有与所述板体端面大小相适配的聚碳酸酯板,所述聚碳酸酯板分别与所述板体的两端面熔合为一体。
2.如权利要求1所述的阳光板,其特征在于,从所述板体两侧分别向上延伸形成与所述板体长度相适配且呈U字形状的弯边。
