本实用新型属于电动车类,具体是一种电动车尾箱后盖缓冲机构,包括尾箱后盖、箱体、锁具、缓冲弹簧,其特征在于:尾箱后盖一端通过转轴与箱体连接,箱体在无转轴端上安装有锁具,在箱体上锁具的两边分别有缓冲弹簧座,缓冲弹簧的一端安装在弹簧座内,尾箱后盖上设有压簧面,当尾箱后盖与箱体锁紧状态时,缓冲弹簧的另一端顶住尾箱后盖的压簧面,此时弹簧处于被压缩状态。本实用新型在车子行驶过程中发生震动时,通过尾箱后盖缓冲机构的缓冲作用能大大减轻了尾箱后盖与箱体间因震动而产生的碰撞程度,从而有效地降低了噪声和减少尾箱破裂的现象。本实用新型结构简单,噪音小,防震效果好,提高了尾箱的使用寿命。

背景技术
目前市场上电动自行车的尾箱后盖都是通过锁具与箱体形成钢性锁紧连接结构,当电动车行驶在不平整的路面时,尾箱后盖将会因车子震动与箱体发生碰撞,从而发出令人不愉快的噪音,同时还会使尾箱更易破裂,降低尾箱使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是针对现有技术的不足,设计一种结构简单、具有降低噪音和提高尾箱使用寿命的新型电动车尾箱后盖缓冲机构。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种电动车尾箱后盖缓冲机构,包括尾箱后盖、箱体、锁具、缓冲弹簧,其特征在于:尾箱后盖一端通过转轴与箱体连接,箱体在无转轴端上安装有锁具,在箱体锁具的两边分别有缓冲弹簧座,缓冲弹簧的一端安装在缓冲弹簧座内,尾箱后盖上设有压簧面,当尾箱后盖与箱体锁紧状态时,缓冲弹簧的另一端顶住尾箱后盖的压簧面,此时弹簧处于被压缩状态。
本实用新型在车子行驶过程中发生震动时,通过尾箱后盖缓冲机构的缓冲作用大大减少了尾箱后盖与箱体间因震动而产生的碰撞,从而有效地降低了噪声,减少了尾箱破裂的现象。本实用新型结构简单,噪音小,防震效果好,提高了尾箱的使用寿命。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,一种专用于电动车的尾箱后盖缓冲机构,,包括尾箱后盖1、箱体6、锁具5、缓冲弹簧3,其特征在于:尾箱后盖1一端通过转轴与箱体连接,尾箱后盖1只能相对于箱体作旋转运动;箱体6在无转轴端上安装有锁具5,当尾箱后盖1翻下与箱体闭合时,可通过装在中间位置的锁具5将尾箱后盖1与箱体6锁紧,以便车子在行驶过程中发生震动时,尾箱后盖1不能因震动打开。在箱体6上锁具5的两边分别有缓冲弹簧座4,缓冲弹簧3的一端安装在缓冲弹簧座4内,尾箱后盖1上设有压簧面2,当尾箱后盖1与箱体6锁紧状态时,缓冲弹簧3的另一端顶住尾箱后盖1的压簧面,此时缓冲弹簧3处于被压缩状态。
