Abstract
具有传热功能的龙骨,包括龙骨,龙骨的主筋露出木板块表面,主筋的侧壁上成型有至少一个凸起,相应木板块上成型有与主筋、凸起相配合的凹槽,龙骨的块体具有中空部。凸起为带钩部的凸起。它的龙骨之间可以加装垫块通风,还可以对室内温度进行调节;木板块会随着温度的变化产生热胀冷缩,在木板块的表面各木板块单元间的缝隙便会随着温度的变化,时小时大,这些被帽部覆盖了,看不到,使得装好后的木板块更为美观。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及装饰板技术领域,更具体地说是涉及一种适合于地板、墙板及天花板使用的、且具有传热功能的龙骨。
背景技术:
专利申请号200510019219.7、公告号CN1908341A公开了一种组合式锁扣地板龙骨。它的龙骨将木板卡扣到一起。龙骨表面具有一带钩折部的主筋和对称分布在主筋二边的凸筋,该主筋和凸筋分别插套在木板上相配合的凹槽中实现卡扣,龙骨能将相邻二块板间的接缝锁住,使板与板之间无间隙,板块也不会发生变形。其不足之处是:这种龙骨插套在木板块中,没有露出木板块表面部,不具备对室内温度调节的功能。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有传热功能的龙骨,它具备对室内温度调节的功能。
本实用新型的技术解决措施如下:
具有传热功能的龙骨,包括龙骨,龙骨的主筋露出木板块表面,主筋的侧壁上成型有至少一个凸起,相应木板块上成型有与主筋、凸起相配合的凹槽,龙骨的块体具有中空部。
所述凸起为带钩部的凸起。
所述主筋二侧的龙骨表面,每侧至少设置一条与主筋平行的辅助筋,相应木板块上成型有与辅助筋相配合的凹槽。
所述各中空部间导管通连。
所述主筋的上部呈帽形且具有弧面。
所述龙骨的块体上插接有垫块。
所述龙骨的块体上具有插接槽,垫块上具有插接榫,该插接榫插套在插接槽中。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:
1、它的龙骨之间可以加装垫块通风;
2、龙骨由导热材料制做,龙骨中具有中空部,热水或热蒸气可以通过导管在龙骨中流通,将热量从露出木板块表面的帽部传导到地板表面,对室内温度进行调节;也可以流过冷媒(如冷水、空调冷气)对室内降温,还可以在中空部中安装电热丝、电加热管加温给室内升温。
3、木板块会随着温度的变化产生热胀冷缩,在木板块的表面各木板块单元间的缝隙便会随着温度的变化,时小时大,这些被帽部覆盖了,看不到,使得装好后的木板块更为美观。

具体实施方式:
实施例1,见图1、2,具有传热功能的板,包括龙骨1,龙骨1的主筋11露出木板块2表面,二个辅助筋左凸筋12、右凸筋13分别插套在二块木板块2的相配合的凹槽22、23中;龙骨1的块体10具有中空部101。
所述带帽部的主筋11具有二边分别卡套在二块木板块2表面的相配合的凹槽21中。
所述左凸筋12、右凸筋13呈“一”型。所述左凸筋12、右凸筋13插套在二块木板块的底部相配合的凹槽22、23中。
所述各中空部101间导管4通连。龙骨1用导热材料制做,如铝合金材料。
实施例2,见图3,所述主筋11具有一个圆弧表面110。其余同实施例1。
实施例3,见图4,所述龙骨1的块体10上具有插接槽102,垫块3上具有插接榫31,该插接榫31插套在插接槽102中。主筋11的上部与中部侧壁上成型有凸起111。其余同实施例1。
实施例4,见图5,所述左凸筋12、右凸筋13呈“T”型。所述左凸筋12、右凸筋13插套在二块木板块的底部相配合的凹槽22、23中。其余同实施例1。
实施例5,见图6,所述左凸筋12、右凸筋13呈燕尾形。所述左凸筋12、右凸筋13插套在二块木板块的底部相配合的凹槽22、23中。主筋11的上部与中部侧壁上成型有二个带钩部的凸起111。其余同实施例1。
实施例6,见图7,所述左凸筋12呈T型、右凸筋13呈燕尾形。左凸筋12、右凸筋13插套在二块木板块的底部相配合的凹槽22、23中。垫块3上具有插接榫31,该插接榫31插套在插接槽102中。主筋11的上部与中部侧壁上成型有二个带钩部的凸起111。其余同实施例1。
实施例7,见图8,龙骨1的侧部插接有侧垫块3,下部插接有底垫块5。

Claims (7)
1、具有传热功能的龙骨,包括龙骨(1),其特征在于:龙骨(1)的主筋(11)露出木板块(2)表面,主筋(11)的侧壁上成型有至少一个凸起(111),相应木板块(2)上成型有与主筋(11)、凸起(111)相配合的凹槽(21),龙骨(1)的块体(10)具有中空部(101)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的具有传热功能的龙骨,其特征在于:凸起(111)为带钩部的凸起。
3、根据权利要求1所述的具有传热功能的龙骨,其特征在于:在主筋(11)二侧的龙骨(1)表面,每侧至少设置一条与主筋(11)平行的辅助筋(12、13),相应木板块(2)上成型有与辅助筋(12)相配合的凹槽(22)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的具有传热功能的龙骨,其特征在于:各中空部(101)间导管(4)通连。
5、根据权利要求1所述的具有传热功能的龙骨,其特征在于:主筋(11)的上部呈帽形且具有弧面(110)。
6、根据权利要求1所述的具有传热功能的龙骨,其特征在于:龙骨(1)的块体(10)上插接有垫块(3、5)。
7、根据权利要求6所述的具有传热功能的龙骨,其特征在于:龙骨(1)的块体(10)上具有插接槽(102),垫块(3)上具有插接榫(31),该插接榫(31)插套在插接槽(102)中。
