养殖渔排潮汐减流装置,涉及水产养殖网箱结构。包括渔网、浮筒、木板,其特征在于在距离矩形方阵渔排深海方向前方10~15米处设置一堵水下减速幕帘结构,该幕帘结构为纵垂式平面墙结构,该幕帘结构平面与潮汐涨潮退潮方向夹角在60~75度之间;幕帘结构为平面展开的渔网上端用绳索系在海面上漂浮的呈一字形固定的木板上,木板下方还捆绑有若干个浮筒;渔网的网眼尺寸为15x15~20x20mm。优点在于:幕帘在渔排前方水方起到使潮汐流速减缓作用,使渔排减少晃动摇摆,有利于养殖成效。

养殖渔排潮汐减流装置
技术领域:
本实用新型涉及水产养殖网箱结构。
背景技术:
目前海水养殖是在近海设置渔排进行网箱式养殖,渔排结构为用木板呈纵横交叉连接成纵横方向多个矩形方阵集合体。在木板下方绑上多个浮筒支撑木板方阵漂浮在水面上,而后在每个矩形方阵中布设长方体空间状向上开口的渔网。渔网上端开口四周用绳子捆绑在矩形方阵木板的内侧,渔网底部内侧用矩形钢架撑开使之成为长方体状空心网箱,再在海底打桩用绳索将桩基与渔排连接实现渔排的定位,而后将鱼苗投放在网箱中养殖。
渔排一般设置在靠海岸边几十米至几百米较近的地方,一方面是由于运输鱼食方便,另一方面养殖者来往方面,考虑更多的是越是远离海岸,海水越深、波浪越大,与涨潮退潮对渔排冲浪式波动影响越大。因为网箱是靠绳索自由落体式悬挂在木板方阵下。近海同样存在网箱在波浪冲击及涨潮退潮冲击时的晃动摇摆,网箱的大振幅晃动会影响渔网强度,也会影响养殖效果,因而尽可能使潮汐流速减缓是提高养殖成效的一种方法,目前尚无可行方法。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺陷,提供一种养殖渔排潮汐减流装置。
本实用新型的方案是:在距离矩形方阵渔排深海方向前方10~15米处设置一堵水下减速幕帘结构,该幕帘结构为纵垂式平面墙结构,该幕帘结构平面与潮汐涨潮退潮方向夹角在60~75度之间;幕帘结构为平面展开的渔网上端用绳索系在海面上漂浮的呈一字形固定的木板上,木板下方还捆绑有若干个浮筒;渔网的网眼尺寸为15x15~20x20mm。
本实用新型的优点在于:幕帘在渔排前方水方起到使潮汐流速减缓作用,使渔排减少晃动摇摆,有利于养殖成效。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的结构包括渔网(3)、浮筒(2)、木板(1),其特征在于在距离矩形方阵渔排(4)深海方向前方10~15米处设置一堵水下减速幕帘结构(5),该幕帘结构(5)为纵垂式平面墙结构,该幕帘结构(5)平面与潮汐涨潮退潮方向(6)夹角在60~75度之间;幕帘结构(5)为平面展开的渔网(3)上端用绳索系在海面上漂浮的呈一字形固定的木板(1)上,木板(1)下方还捆绑有若干个浮筒(2);渔网(3)的网眼尺寸为15x15~20x20mm。
设置渔网(3)在水下作减速幕帘墙的目的在于让海水既能通过,又能达到流速,若使用全平面无孔材料则整体被掀起,无法起到减速作用。
幕帘与渔排的距离同样也很重要,距离远了海水过了幕帘一段距离又恢复原速前进;距离近了,海水刚穿过幕帘减速幅度太小。
设置幕帘与潮汐涨潮退潮方向(6)呈60~75度夹角是为了从整体上海水不是正面冲击幕帘,夹角使海水对幕帘具有斜向分力,减小对幕帘的正面冲击力。
网眼尺寸选择也是经过多次试验结果得出的经验数据,网眼尺寸大了,海水很容易从网眼中流过使减速效果差;网眼小了,幕帘正面受海水冲击力大,幕帘被掀起一个角度,即幕帘与海平面夹角不是90度左右,而是60度甚至更小的角度,则海水从幕帘掀起后留下的空间照样全速流通。
