背景技术
现有分体壁挂敞开式真空管太阳热水器,用水时需要增压泵,耗费电源;真空集热管如有破裂,流出的水存在伤人隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种分体壁挂敞开式热管真空管太阳能热水器。
为实现上述之目的,本实用新型的技术方案包括:贮热水箱、支架、安装在支架上的联箱、连接在联箱上的进水管,其中分别安装在贮热水箱上的单向阀和进水管上的上水阀、电磁阀和限压阀;
所述分别安装在联箱内和支架上的若干支由传热盲管与真空集热管组成的热管真空管;
所述连接在贮热水箱与联箱内的循环管I和循环管II;
所述连接在电磁阀与电源开关之间的导线。
本实用新型的有益效果是,用水时不需增压泵——节能,真空集热管内不走水——安全。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
如图所示,本实用新型的分体壁挂敞开式热管真空管太阳能热水器有支架1,通过支架1安装在阳台上的联箱2,进水端和封闭端分别安装在联箱2两侧内与支架1上的若干支由传热盲管4和真空集热管5组成的热管真空管3,真空集热管5集热其内不走水,高于联箱2安装在墙壁上的贮热水箱6,下端安装在贮热水箱6顶部内的单向阀7,用水时单向阀7将贮热水箱6顶部内的水关闭,用过热水后单向阀7敞开排气;上、下端分别连接在贮热水箱6底部和联箱2顶部内的循环管I8与循环管II9,其中循环管I8的上下端分别高于循环管II9的上下端,以利于热、冷水的循环;上端从贮热水箱6的底部进至其内上部的出热水管10,连接在出热水管10下端的淋浴器11,一端连接在联箱2下部内的进水管12,分别安装在进水管12上的上水阀13、电磁阀14和限压阀15(限压阀将自来水的压力限制在一定范围内既保障了淋浴器的出水压力而又不破坏热水器);将电磁阀14与电源开关16连接的导线17。
组装时,将联箱2通过支架1安装在阳台上,若干支由传热盲管4和真空集热管5组成的热管真空管3的进水端和封闭端分别安装在联箱2的两侧内和支架1上,贮热水箱6高于联箱2安装在墙壁上,单向阀7的下端安装在贮热水箱6的顶部内,循环管I8的上下端高于循环管II9的上下端分别连接在贮热水箱6与联箱2内,出水管10的上端从贮热水箱6的底部进至其内的上部,淋浴器11安装在出水管10的下端,进水管12的一端连接在联箱2的下部内,上水阀13、电磁阀14和限压阀15分别安装在进水管12上,导线17将电磁阀14与电源开关16连接。
打开上水阀13和电源开关16,进水管12内的自来水通过上水阀13,打开的电磁阀14和限压阀15进入联箱2、传热盲管4、循环管II9、循环管I8、贮热水箱6、出水管10和淋浴器11内,当淋浴器11流水时关闭电源开关16。太阳光通过真空集热管3将传热盲管4和联箱2内的水加热,循环管I8和循环管II9内的水将热量传至贮热水箱6内。用水时打开电源开关16,自来水将贮热水箱6、循环管I8、循环管II9、联箱2和传热盲管4内的热水顶入出水管10和淋浴器11,用毕关闭电源开关16。

1.一种分体壁挂敞开式热管真空管太阳能热水器,它包括贮热水箱(6),安装在支架(1)上的联箱(2),一端连接在联箱(2)下部内的进水管(12),其特征是,分别安装在贮热水箱(6)顶部内的单向阀(7)和进水管(12)上的上水阀(13)、电磁阀(14)和限压阀(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分体壁挂敞开式热管真空管太阳能热水器,其特征是,下端安装在贮热水箱(6)顶部内的单向阀(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的分体壁挂敞开式热管真空管太阳能热水器,其特征是,安装在联箱(2)两侧内和支架(1)上的若干支由传热盲管(4)与真空集热管(5)组成的热管真空管(3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的分体壁挂敞开式热管真空管太阳能热水器,其特征是,连接在贮热水箱(6)底部和联箱(2)顶部内的循环管I(8)与循环管II(9)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的分体壁挂敞开式热管真空管太阳能热水器,其特征是,连接在电磁阀(14)与电源开关(16)之间的导线(17)。
