技术领域:
本实用新型属于仔猪保温床领域,尤其属于一种双供热地采暖方式的仔猪保温床。
背景技术:
在仔猪繁育过程中,当仔猪离开母体后,需要在合适的环境温度中生活,在仔猪繁育过程中,现用的采暖方法,多是对环境温度进行加温,如:单纯的电加热或沼气灯加热。存在能源消耗大、采暖不均衡、猪床温度难以控制等缺点,而且与仔猪身体直接接触的猪床温度难以控制。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种双供热地采暖的仔猪保温床,它能充分利用发电系统产生的余热,通过热交换器,提高仔猪床温度;同时配合电采暖器的使用,建立起温度可调可控的仔猪保温床,以提高仔猪的存活率。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:所述的双供热地采暖的仔猪保温床,包括仔猪保温床体和温控装置,其结构特点为在仔猪保温床体内铺设有电采暖发热元件,所述的电采暖发热元件由温控装置控制;在仔猪保温床体内设置有散热器,发电机组的循环冷却温水从散热器的入热水管通入后从散热器的出水管流出。
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型中的仔猪保温床,采用了地采暖的原理,利用了发电机组的冷却水余热,直接对猪床部份进行加温,提高了能源利用率;同时又增加了先进的地面电采暖部份,使得仔猪采暖更加可靠、舒适,提高了仔猪存活率。本实用新型显著的优点为:一是采用地采暖技术,同时利用了发电机组的循环冷却水温对仔猪保温床进行加热,充份利用了发电机组的余热,提高了能源利用率。二是采用双加热方式,增加了电加热部份。因为考虑到当机组余热不足、或机组停止运行时,要让仔猪保温床正常运作,提高整个系统的可靠性,所以增加了高效电发热元件作为补充加热方式并通过高效的温控装置,使仔猪保温床的运行更加可靠、调节更加灵活,温度更加适宜。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型的结构进行详细说明:
如图1所示,本实用新型所述的双供热地采暖的仔猪保温床,包括仔猪保温床体1和温控装置,其结构特点为在仔猪保温床体1内铺设有电采暖发热元件2,通过通电并通过温控装置控制达到电加热;在仔猪保温床体1内设置有散热器3,发电机组的循环冷却温水从散热器的入热水管4通入后从散热器的出水管5流出。
本实用新型在仔猪保温床中引入发电机组冷却温水,通过仔猪保温床体1内的散热器即热交换器,对仔猪保温床进行加温。同时,在仔猪保温床体1内铺设先进的电采暖发热元件如电热丝,当余热热量不足或停止时,温控装置可启动电加热系统使电采暖发热元件对仔猪床进行加温。整个采暖保温系统由可靠的温控装置进行监控,达到最佳保温效果。由于采用了双供热地采暖方式,发热装置(电采暖发热元件和散热器)直接安装在仔猪保温床体1内,可以快速提升仔猪床温度。同时由于整个猪床被均匀加热,产生了舒适的温度场,避免了冷风的产生,尤其是对仔猪最为敏感的靠近床面的部份,能保持在仔猪生长所需的最佳温度。

1、一种双供热地采暖的仔猪保温床,包括仔猪保温床体(1)和温控装置,其特征在于:在仔猪保温床体(1)内铺设有电采暖发热元件(2),所述的电采暖发热元件(2)由温控装置控制;在仔猪保温床体(1)内设置有散热器(3),发电机组的循环冷却温水从散热器的入热水管(4)通入后从散热器的出水管(5)流出。
