开关按钮与位置传感器与可编程控制器PLC的输入点相连,可 编程控制器PLC通过读起开关按钮状态与传感器信号进行逻辑运算 处理,生成输出信号控制程序进而控制与可编程控制器PLC输出点 相连的电磁阀工作,实现汽缸动作的控制;HMI显示屏通过专用通 讯电缆与可编程控制器PLC相连;报警指示器与可编程控制器PLC相连;可编程控制器PLC通过读起HMI的参数设置进行工作,同时 通过HMI显示屏显示系统的工作状态,报警指示器用于指示系统出 现异常;负压压力传感器与可编程控制器PLC输入点相连用于检测
吸盘气压。
全自动排纸机的控制方式:
全自动排纸机的执行机构全都是汽缸,各个执行机构在运动时在 空间和时间上有相互制约关系,因此全自动排纸机的安全性能与稳定 性主要取决于软硬件的合理设计。本发明在执行机构的空间布局上充 分利用平行关系(两个吸盘汽缸平行安装在连杆上;机械手进退汽缸 活塞杆与连杆保持平行;两个夹紧汽缸平行安装在旋转轴上;旋转轴 与机械手旋转运动汽缸相连与机械手进退运动汽缸活塞杆平行;换纸 快装装置I和换纸快装装置II安装在换纸旋转汽缸上且互相平行)最 大限度减少空间交叉制约,减少各执行机构相互碰撞的概率。在全自 动排纸机的安全保障控制上采用"四维空间唯一顺控逻辑控制",复 位动作自动有序控制,故障和急停最高优先级控制,另全自动排纸机 还配有自动和手动两种控制方式,具体控制方法如下:
四维空间唯一顺控逻辑控制:由于全自动排纸机配有9个执行 机构(汽缸)共有14个位置检测传感器分布三维空间上,同时对两 个关键执行机构:机械手进退运动汽缸和换纸旋转运动汽缸加时间
检测,这样控制系统可以获得四维空间上的检测信号共16个,在理 论上可以产生2"个信号组合加上开关信号输入检测编码VD0得到检 测信号编码VD1。在软件上根据生产现场要求选取一组组合作为各个执行机构的唯一运行允许信号,反之出现其它任意一组信号组合
全自动排纸机将紧急停止并且发出报警指示信号VD2。因此只要全 自动排纸机任何一个执行部件或检测开关出现工作异常,全自动排 纸机将停止运行并产生报警指示保证设备和生产的绝对安全。四维 空间唯一顺控逻辑控制原理见附录图3。
故障和急停最高优先级控制,系统在软件控制上把各个故障和急 停信号作为各个执行机构执行信号的牵制条件,并且把故障和急停设 为最高中断优先级,以保证系统的响应速度和可靠性。
全自动排纸机手动控制,手动控制工作原理见附录图2。全自 动排纸机的电气原理图见附录图4。在手动控制方式下每个执行机 构都有一个对应的开关控制,同时每个执行机构的运行条件也是四维 空间唯一顺控逻辑控制,保证了手动运行的安全。手动控制方式主要 是为了方便设备的调试和检修。
全自动排纸机自动控制方式,自动控制方式工作流程图见附录 图1。在自动控制方式下四维空间唯一顺控逻辑控制理念贯穿始终, 在生产中起监控作用。
为了提高全自动排纸机的工作效率和人性化设计。全自动排纸机 还具有复位动作自动有序控制功能,其工作流程与自动运行流程相 反,每个执行机构的运行条件也是四维空间唯一顺控逻辑控制,保证 了运行的安全。
本实用新型全自动排纸机设计合理,是一种简单、实用、高效、 可靠的全自动排纸机,使粉末成型车间的自动化程度、生产效益提高,产品的质量保证,安全性能更趋完善。是一种应用在粉末压制成型车
间生产流水线上,用于代替人工排纸的自动化设备。它适用于粉末压
制成型产品在排列时产品之间需要加纸条或其它材质的隔条的生产
线和产品包装线上。

参照附图l,自动控制方式工作流程图。当全自动排纸机开机自 动运行初始化完成后,系统所先检测换纸快装装置纸夹里面是否有 纸,没有则换纸旋转汽缸旋转180度,并发出加纸提示信号,若有且 满足自动动作的条件,系统将按图1流程图的顺序自动远行。在自动 控制方式下四维空间唯一顺控逻辑控制理念贯穿始终,在生产中起监 控作用。
参照附图2,手动控制工作原理图。在手动控制方式下每个执行 机构都有一个对应的开关控制,同时每个执行机构的运行条件也是要在满足不在空间和时间会产生碰撞,即四维空间唯一顺控逻辑控制, 保证了手动运行的安全。手动控制方式主要是为了方便设备的调试和检修。
参照附图3,四维空间唯一顺控逻辑控制原理。由于全自动排纸 机配有9个执行机构(汽缸)共有14个位置检测传感器分布三维空
间上,同时对两个关键执行机构:机械手进退运动汽缸和换纸旋转运
动汽缸加时间检测,这样控制系统可以获得四维空间上的检测信号共
16个,在理论上可以产生216个信号组合加上开关信号输入检测编码 VD0得到检测信号编码VD1。在软件上根据生产现场要求选取一组组 合作为各个执行机构的唯一运行允许信号,反之出现其它任意一组信 号组合全自动排纸机将紧急停止并且发出报警指示信号VD2。因此 只要全自动排纸机任何一个执行部件或检测开关出现工作异常,全自 动排纸机将停止运行并产生报警指示保证设备和生产的绝对安全。

全自动排纸机部分元器件选配示例:可编程控制器PLC采用西 门子S-200系列,HMI显示屏采用TD200系列,位置检测传感器采 用汽缸选配磁环开关,吸盘前后运动汽缸1采用CKD汽缸STR2-Q 系列,真空吸盘20采用CKD汽缸VSP-W系列,机械手进退运动汽 缸3采用-SMC汽缸MGGM系列,机械手升降运动汽缸6采用CKD 汽缸SSD系列,吸盘升降运动汽缸8采用CKD汽缸STR2-Q系歹lj, 夹紧汽缸I与夹紧汽缸II采用CKD汽缸MHC2系列,换纸旋转汽缸 16采用CKD汽缸GRC-GRC-K系列。减震器18采用市售减震器。 负压压力传感器采用市售压力传感器。换纸快装纸盒I和换纸快装纸
盒n采用"u"形装纸盒。

1.一种全自动排纸机,其特征在于包括吸盘前后运动汽缸,吸盘升降运动汽缸,吸盘汽缸,真空吸盘,夹紧汽缸,爪子,机械手旋转运动汽缸,机械手进退运动汽缸,机械手升降运动汽缸,减震器,安装板,换纸快装纸盒I、换纸快装纸盒II,铝型材支架,高度调节脚座,电磁阀,位置检测传感器,负压压力传感器,可编程控制器PLC,HMI显示屏、报警指示器和开关按钮; 可编程控制器PLC、电磁阀安装在电控箱内部;HMI显示屏、报警指示器,负压压力传感器安装在电控箱面板上;位置检测传感器安装在汽缸上;真空吸盘安装在吸盘汽缸上,两个吸盘汽缸平行安装在连杆上;吸盘升降运动汽缸垂直安装在连杆上,连杆安装在吸盘前后运动汽缸上;吸盘前后运动汽缸安装在L型支架上,L型支架安装在机械手安装板上;机械手进退汽缸活塞杆与连杆保持平行;爪子安装在夹紧汽缸上,两个夹紧汽缸平行安装在旋转轴上;旋转轴与机械手旋转汽缸相连与机械手进退汽缸活塞杆平行;机械手旋转汽缸安装在机械手进退汽缸活塞杆上;机械手进退汽缸安装在支撑板上;支撑板安装在机械手升降汽缸上;机械手升降汽缸安装在安装板上;换纸快装纸盒I和换纸快装纸盒II安装在换纸旋转汽缸上且互相平行;换纸旋转汽缸安装在L型安装板上;L型安装板固定在铝型材支架侧面;安装板固定在铝型材支架上,铝型材支架四个脚装有高度调节脚座。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全自动排纸机,其特征在于所述的开关按钮与位置传感器与可编程控制器PLC的输入点相连;HMI显示 屏通过专用通讯电缆与可编程控制器PLC相连;报警指示器与可编 程控制器PLC相连;可编程控制器PLC通过读起HMI的参数设置进 行工作,同时通过HMI显示屏显示系统的工作状态,报警指示器用 于指示系统出现异常;负压压力传感器与可编程控制器PLC输入点 相连用于检测吸盘气压。
