Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种静电除尘器异型阳极板，其特征在于：板体(5)的两端分别设有通长的U型阻流槽，U型阻流槽中设有一道卡槽(3)和一道支撑筋(2)，U型阻流槽的外侧壁的端部设有一段定位台，定位台的端部设有一个U型卡头(1)。使用时，U型卡头(1)卡入卡槽(3)中，而定位台(c)与支撑筋(2)配合定位，使两块异型阳极板(5)通过双卡合连接并自动锁紧。本实用新型的优点是，U型阻流槽的存在，使得灰尘在流经每块异型阳极板时都会被充分的吸附。由于两极板为面连接方式，使振打力和振打加速度在各连接极板之间能有效均匀传递。从而满足了阳极板的清灰要求，也就提高了阳极板的使用性能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及静电除尘设备的阳极排，尤其是利用阳极板自身结构可自动锁紧的阳极排。
背景技术
现在，静电除尘设备的阳极排是由多块阳极板连接后组成。而由于单块阳极板的结构一般采用C型结构或z型结构，这样就使阳极板的连接必须采用在两板之间预留间隙，然后用钢板焊接后进行连接。这种联接方式使阳极排在振打除尘时，两板之间力的传递是以点向外扩散，靠近点源的阳极板面振动加速度较大以至向周围逐渐递减，使得振打清灰效果也是逐渐降低。这就降低了静电除尘设备的使用性能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服现有阳极排连接方式在力传递方面的缺陷而提供的一种静电除尘器异型阳极板。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种静电除尘器异型阳极板，其特征在于在阳极板的两边分别设有通长的阻流型槽，阻流型槽的内侧壁上设有一道通长的卡槽、外侧壁上设有一道通长的支撑筋，阻流型槽的外侧壁向阻流型槽口部延伸并超过一段高度，在外侧壁的端部设有一段与板体平行的定位台，定位台的端部设有一个U型卡头。另外，根据需要，可以在板体上均布设有加强筋。
使用时，将一块异型阳极板的外侧壁插入另一块异型阳极板的相应型槽中，使其中外侧壁端部的U型卡头正好卡入U型阻流槽中的卡槽中，而定位台正好与U型阻流槽中的支撑筋配合定位，使两块异型阳极板通过卡合连接并自动锁紧。这种连接方式使得两块阳极板在联接处是以面接触连接，改变以往焊接的连接方式。
本实用新型的有益效果是由于阳极板连接方式的改变，使力在连接处的传递由以往的点传递而改变为线与面的传递。使振打力和振打加速度在各连接极板之间能有效均匀传递。从而满足了阳极板的清灰要求，也就提高了阳极板的使用性能。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种静电除尘器异型阳极板，在阳极板的两边分别设有通长的U型阻流槽，U型阻流槽的内侧壁a上设有一道通长的卡槽3、外侧壁b上设有一道通长的支撑筋2，U型阻流槽的外侧壁向U型阻流槽口部延伸并超过一段高度，在外侧壁的端部设有一段与板体5平行的定位台c，定位台c的端部设有一个U型卡头1。可以在板体上均布设有加强筋4，以增加强度。
如图2所示，由专用工具把两块异型阳极板7正反扣合，沿全长压紧连接，然后多块阳极板7依次连接形成阳极排，通过螺栓8螺母9和上蝌蚪梁6、下蝌蚪梁10联接，这就组成静电除尘设备的阳极。在整个静电除尘设备中具有吸收尘粒和振打除尘的作用。在振打除尘时使力在两板之间的传递和阳极板面上的传递比以往焊接的连接方式力的传递更为有效。另，由于U型阻流槽的存在，使得灰尘在流经每块异型阳极板时都会被充分的吸附。所以除尘效果大大提高了。
如图3所示，使用时，将右侧的阳极排异型阳极板的外侧壁b插入左侧的阳极排异型阳极板的相应U型阻流槽中，使其中外侧壁端部的U型卡头1正好卡入U型槽中的卡槽3中，而定位台c正好与U型阻流槽中的支撑筋2配合定位；同理，左侧的阳极排异型阳极板的外侧壁b插入右侧的阳极排异型阳极板的相应U型阻流槽中，同样具有U型卡头和卡槽的连接配合，使两块阳极排异型阳极板通过双卡合连接结构并自动锁紧，这种连接方式使得两块阳极板在联接处是以面接触连接，改变以往焊接的连接方式。

1、一种静电除尘器异型阳极板，其特征在于：板体(5)的两边分别设有通长的U型阻流槽，U型阻流槽的内侧壁(a)上设有一道通长的卡槽(3)、外侧壁(b)上设有一道通长的支撑筋(2)，U型阻流槽的外侧壁向U型阻流槽口部延伸并超过一段高度，在外侧壁的端部设有一段与板体(5)平行的定位台(c)，定位台(c)的端部设有一个U型卡头(1)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的静电除尘器异型阳极板，其特征在于：板体(5)上均布设有加强筋(4)。
