Abstract

一种多级泵,是由泵体、叶轮、平衡鼓、副叶轮所组成。在泵体的内腔中,泵轴下端设置有叶轮,叶轮上方设置有平衡鼓,平衡鼓上方设置有副叶轮,所述的副叶轮所处的内腔与泵入口相通。本实用新型增加了轴向力平衡能力,可以实现轴向力的完全平衡,解决了原有单纯平衡鼓结构平衡能力不足的问题;泵转子无须采用浮动结构,因而避免了平衡盘磨损问题;副叶轮旋转时可产生动态密封作用,减少泵的外泄漏。

本实用新型涉及到泵,特别是涉及到一种多级泵。
背景技术:
现有的多级泵平衡结构主要有两种,一种是单纯的平衡鼓平衡,这种结构只能平衡60%-70%的轴向力。另一种是平衡鼓与平衡盘相结合的结构,这种结构虽然可以完全平衡轴向力,但存在以下缺陷:要使平衡盘发挥作用,转子必须为轴向浮动,使泵腔与外界的密封难度增加;在泵启动和停止的过程中,平衡盘会不可避免地与泵体发生摩擦,随着使用时间的增加,平衡盘将逐渐丧失平衡能力;平衡状态下平衡盘与泵体的间隙很小,损耗的功率比较大。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种多级泵,它能很好地克服目前多级泵所存的问题。本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,一种多级泵,是由泵体、叶轮、平衡鼓、副叶轮所组成,其特征在于:在泵体的内腔中,泵轴下端设置有叶轮,叶轮上方设置有平衡鼓,平衡鼓上方设置有副叶轮,所述的副叶轮所处的内腔与泵入口相通。本实用新型增加了轴向力平衡能力,可以实现轴向力的完全平衡,解决了原有单纯平衡鼓结构平衡能力不足的问题;泵转子无须采用浮动结构,因而避免了平衡盘磨损问题;副叶轮旋转时可产生动态密封作用,减少泵的外泄漏。

一种多级泵,是由泵体2、叶轮1、平衡鼓3、副叶轮5所组成,其特征在于:在泵体2的内腔中,泵轴6下端设置有叶轮1,叶轮1上方设置有平衡鼓3,平衡鼓3上方设置有副叶轮5,所述的副叶轮5所处的内腔与泵入口相通4。当流体通过平衡鼓与泵体间的间隙导致压力下降,因此平衡鼓下方压力大于上方压力,产生向上的轴向力;而对于副叶轮,由于下方接触到液体的叶轮面的离心作用使中心区压力降低,故副叶轮仍是下面压力大于上面压力,总轴向力向上。另外,副叶轮上面将形成一稳定水环,起到动态密封的作用。
