Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种干式单片电磁离合制动器,该电磁离合制动器由离合器单元、制动器单元和安装支架组成,离合器单元和制动器单元都设置在安装支架上,离合器单元和制动器单元通过花键轴连接。该干式单片电磁离合制动器启动力矩大、动作反应快、结合平稳、分离彻底、动作准确可靠;结构简单、重量轻、外型尺寸小、安装维修方便、散热良好、使用寿命长;控制简单、功率小,具有显著优点。

(一) 技术领域:
本实用新型属于摩檫片式电磁离合制动器领域,涉及一种干式单片摩檫 片式电磁离合制动器。
(二) 背景技术:
我们国家现有的技术有干式单片摩擦片式电磁离合器和电磁铁块式制 动器。电磁离合器又分为带滑环的和不带滑环的,它们都是通过激磁线圈电 流产生的电磁力使衔铁结合或分离,衔铁与输入端一同运动,它的缺点是径 向尺寸大,结构不紧凑,安装时占用空间大,摩擦片不耐用,易生热,易磨 损。电磁铁块式制动器结构复杂,重量大,调整维修困难。
(三) 实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种干式单片电 磁离合制动器。本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来解决的:
一种干式单片电磁离合制动器,该电磁离合制动器由离合器单元、制动 器单元和安装支架4组成,离合器单元和制动器单元都设置在安装支架4上, 离合器单元和制动器单元通过花键轴连接。
所述离合器单元包括:输入端盖8、输入端轴9、离合线圈7、输入端旋 转件和摩擦片;其中输入端盖8和安装支架4连接,输入端轴9的输入端与 主传动连接,摩擦片固定在旋转件上。
所述制动器单元包括:输出端盖2、输出端轴1、外花键轴、弹簧片、
滑板、内花键衔铁和输出端线圈3;输入端盖8和安装支架4连接,输出端 盖2和安装支架4连接,输出端轴1另一端穿过输出端盖2和输出端线圈3 与旋转件对接,外花键轴通过花键连接与输出端轴1连接,输入端衔铁6和 输出端衔铁5都分别与弹簧片连接并安装在花键轴上。该干式单片电磁离合制动器启动力矩大、动作反应快、结合平稳、分离

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步详细描述:
参见图1, 一种干式单片电磁离合制动器,该电磁离合制动器由离合器单 元、制动器单元和安装支架4组成,离合器单元和制动器单元都设置在安装 支架4上,离合器单元和制动器单元通过花键轴连接。
该电磁离合制动器通过电器元气件自动控制激磁线圈通断,激磁线圈产 生的电磁力操纵结合元件内花键衔铁,使电磁离合制动器离合端和制动端分 别结合或脱开,自动实现停止或运转的功能;
其中离合器单元包括:输入端盖8、输入端轴9、离合线圈7、旋转件和 摩擦片。输入端盖8和安装支架4连接,输入端轴9的输入端与主传动连接, 输入端轴9另一端穿过输入端盖8和离合线圈7与旋转件连接,在旋转件上 固定有摩擦片,摩擦片内侧安装有输入端衔铁6,离合线圈7设置在旋转件 和输入端盖8之间,摩擦片和旋转件在输入端轴9的带动下一直运转。离合 线圈7是由铜导线绕成的线圈,功率8W,电流400MA,电阻57欧姆。
制动器单元包括:输出端盖2、输出端轴l、外花键轴、弹簧片、滑板、输出端衔铁5和输出端线圈3。输出端盖2和安装支架4连接,输出端轴1
另一端穿过输出端盖2和输出端线圈3与外花键轴连接,输入端衔铁6和输
出端衔铁5都分别与弹簧片连接并安装在花键轴上,输出端衔铁5内侧安装
有摩擦片。当离合线圈7和输出端线圈3同时通电,线圈电流产生的电磁力
吸引输入端衔铁6与摩擦片结合,输入端摩擦片带动输入端衔铁6旋转,输
入端衔铁6带动花键轴旋转,断电后靠弹簧片的弹力使输入端衔铁6和输出
端衔铁5复位而实现离合器的功能,输出端摩擦片使输出端衔铁5停止运动,
实现制动器的功能。输出端线圈3是由铜导线绕成的线圈,功率8W,电流
400MA,电阻57欧姆。
安装支架4是离合器单元和制动器单元的载体,它们分别都固定在安装
支架4上;使用时,安装支架4上的安装孔为离合制动器的安装孔。

2、 根据权利要求1所述的一种干式单片电磁离合制动器,其特征在于:所 述离合器单元包括:输入端盖(8)、输入端轴(9)、离合线圈(7)、输入端旋转 件和摩擦片;输入端盖(8)和安装支架(4)连接,输入端轴(9)的输入端与主传 动连接,输入端轴(9)另一端穿过输入端盖(8)和离合线圈(7)与旋转件连接, 在旋转件上固定有摩擦片,摩擦片内侧安装有输入端衔铁(6),离合线圈(7) 设置在旋转件和输入端盖(8)之间。
