如图1、图2所示,现有的一种风电用回转支承法兰内齿圈,由台阶孔和齿部连接组成,其中齿部下侧设有凸肩。但在对风电用回转支承法兰内齿圈加工时,需要重复进行繁琐的对刀装夹过程,占用很长的生产时间,工人的劳动强度也很大,故产品产量和效益受到了制约。

本实用新型的主要目的是,提供一种能降低工人工作强度,且能提高产量的回转支承法兰内齿圈。
