本实用新型的目的在于提供一种自动铅芯盒,该铅芯盒设有按压手柄,按下按压手柄铅芯就会自动弹出来,方便省力。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种自动铅芯盒,包括铅芯盒本体,其特征是,所述的铅芯盒本体内部一侧为一个储铅盒,所述的储铅盒顶部开口并设有盒盖;另一侧为一个竖直的按压手柄,铅芯盒本体的侧壁在按压手柄的上部部分残缺,使按压手柄上部裸露;铅芯盒本体内侧底面的中部设有一个支点,在支点的上方设有一个横向的托板,所述的托板一端与手柄相连,另一端托住储铅盒,托板底侧在支点和手柄之间设有一个复位弹簧。
本实用新型的有益效果是:在铅芯盒本体内部设有支点和托板,利用杠杆原理在按下手柄时将托板另一端的储铅盒弹出,方便人们将铅芯取出。

一种自动铅芯盒,包括铅芯盒本体6,所述的铅芯盒本体6内部一侧为一个储铅盒5,所述的储铅盒5顶部开口并设有盒盖7;另一侧为一个竖直的按压手柄1,铅芯盒本体6的侧壁在按压手柄1的上部部分残缺,使按压手柄1上部裸露;铅芯盒本体6内侧底面的中部设有一个支点4,在支点4的上方设有一个横向的托板2,所述的托板2一端与手柄1相连,另一端托住储铅盒5,托板2底侧在支点4和手柄1之间设有一个复位弹簧3。
在铅芯盒本体6内设有两个长方体形腔,容纳手柄1和储铅盒5,使两者只能沿腔上下滑动。使用时,将手柄1向下按,托板2的另一端就会向上移动将储铅盒5顶出,方便人们将铅芯取出。松开手之后,在复位弹簧3的作用下,储铅盒5会自动复位。铅芯在储铅盒5上移时就自动弹出,有效保护了铅芯。
