背景技术
现有的无汞碱性扣式电池因负极锌中不含有汞,“锌”与负极盖内镀铜层接触就会产生气体,因碱性扣式电池体积较小,没有预留的空间来容纳这些所产生的气体,容易导致电池膨胀甚至爆炸,因此是在实现无汞碱性扣式电池无汞化过程中所存在的一大难题。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种无汞碱性扣式电池,克服传统无汞碱性扣式电池阴极容易发生化学反应产生气体而容易导致电池膨胀甚至爆炸的缺陷。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种无汞碱性扣式电池,主要包括正极壳、负极盖和负极密封圈,所述的正极壳和负极盖通过负极密封圈密封连接成一体,在负极盖的内壁上附有一层0.01-0.05mm厚的金属铟箔或锡箔层。
本实用新型所述的无汞碱性扣式电池的有益效果为:金属铟箔或锡箔可以防止锌粉与负极盖内壁的金属材料发生反应;负极盖与负极密封圈一起注塑成型,更好的防止锌粉与负极盖内壁接触。

如图1所示,本实用新型所述的无汞碱性扣式电池,包括正极壳1、负极盖2、隔膜3和负极密封圈4,所述的正极壳1和负极盖2通过负极密封圈4密封连接形成电池的外壳部分,在负极盖2的内壁附上一层0.01-0.05mm厚的金属铟箔或锡箔5,所述的隔膜3位于正极壳1内部,隔膜3将电池内部分成正极部分和负极部分,隔膜3下方的正极部分填充正极物料6,所述的正极物料6是氧化银或氧化锰,隔膜3上方的负极部分填充锌粉7。金属铟箔或锡箔5可以防止锌粉7与负极盖2内壁的金属材料发生反应;负极盖2与负极密封圈4一起注塑成型,更好的防止锌粉7与负极盖2内壁接触发生化学反应。

2、根据权利要求1所述的无汞碱性扣式电池,其特征在于:所述的金属铟箔或锡箔层的厚度是0.01-0.05mm。
