背景技术
布料器是砌块成型机上的一个重要部件，由布料器将搅拌好的原材料布到模具中制成产品。通常，混凝土搅拌机搅拌好的料，由输送带送到料斗，经料斗落入成型机布料器。目前，成型机上的布料器在使用中存在的最大问题是下料不均匀，特别是遇到凝结成块的料块，条形的拨料齿容易出现布料不均匀，碰到这种情况，做出来的砖非常容易出现次品，严重影响生产进度，增加劳动时间。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术中布料器存在的下料不均匀的问题，提供一种改进的砌块成型机的布料器，该布料器具有布料均匀，结构简单的优点。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的，该改进的布料器包括料盒、电机、链轮、旋转轴、拨料齿，所述料盒内设有旋转轴，所述旋转轴的一端装有链轮，所述电机位于料盒上，所述电机通过链条与链轮相连，所述旋转轴上设有T型拨料齿。
工作时，首先将混凝土搅拌机搅拌好的料，由输送带送入料斗，再由料斗送到布料器里，此时，电机通过链条、链轮驱动旋转轴旋转，旋转轴上的T型拨料齿将料充分打散，使料更加均匀落入成型布料机的模具内。
本实用新型的有益效果：和条形拨料齿相比，旋转轴上的T型拨料齿同原料接触面积大，搅拌细致，布料均匀。

如图1所示，该改进的布料器包括料盒1、电机5、链轮4、旋转轴3、T型拨料齿2，料盒1内设有旋转轴3，旋转轴3的一端装有链轮4，电机5位于料盒1上，电机5通过链条6与链轮4相连，旋转轴3上设有T型拨料齿2。
工作时，首先将混凝土搅拌机搅拌好的料，由输送带送入料斗，再由料斗送到布料器里，此时，电机5通过链条6、链轮4驱动旋转轴3旋转，旋转轴3上的T型拨料齿2将料充分打散，使料更加均匀落入成型布料机的模具内。
