背景技术
我国是一个农业大国,农作物种植面积大,相应秸秆的产量十分庞大。多年来,秸秆主要是被直接燃烧做燃料,或是被放在田野里付之一炬,不但造成能源的浪费,还造成环境的严重污染,甚至造成交通、航空的事故。此外,还有不少有机废弃物,如树枝杈、锯末、牲畜粪便、生物菌渣等,这些都可以利用。因此,人们提出了不少关于秸秆气化的设备,都具有一定的实用价值,但仍需要不断地改进,需要提出更为有效和功能多样的气化炉。

本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述技术问题,提出一种生态环保高效节能多功能秸秆气化炉。该气化炉结构简单,操作简便,气化效果好,更节能和有利于环保,而且功能多样。

本实用新型可以使用植物秸秆,也可以使用各种有机废弃物,如树枝杈、锯末、牲畜粪便、生物菌渣等,可以将燃料粉碎后直接放入气化炉,也可以制成颗粒,效果更佳。它能做炊事炉灶,也可以用于取暖。因此,具有结构新颖,方便实用,操作简便,产气效果特别好,更节能,更有利于环保,而且功能多样的优点。
