Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种电脑主机CPU冷却进风口尘埃过滤器。CPU进风口是电脑唯一的主动进风口，空气中的尘埃必然被吸入机内，是机内尘埃的最主要来源。由于尘埃含有磁性及金属微粒，既可能使电脑中插接点接触不良、也可能使电路短路，增加电脑的故障率。本实用新型在机箱外侧CPU冷却进风口设置有尘埃过滤器，该过滤器既可在设计生产时设置，也可在现有产品上附加。其核心是在进风口设置了阻碍尘埃的塑料泡沫或纤维布料制作的过滤网，过滤网置放在带凹槽的外环中。外环边缘对称固定有磁片，可以方便地将过滤器吸附在钢板制作的机箱上，需要清洗时将过滤器抠下即可。本实用新型结构简单、能使电脑机内尘埃大幅度减少、同时清洗尘埃过滤网也非常方便。

背景技术
现有技术中，电脑主机CPU为了散热，在主机机箱一侧开有若干进风孔，主机机箱的相应内侧设置有导风筒，机箱内则设置有散热风扇，促使机内空气对流达到散热目的。进风孔吸进的的冷风是室内空气，空气中的尘埃自然被吸入机内，导致机内积尘，是机内最主要的尘埃来源。由于尘埃中含有磁性及金属微粒，如若室内空气尘埃较多或使用时间较长，必然导致机内积尘严重，既可能使插接点接触不良、也可能使电路短路，使电脑的故障率大大增加。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种结构简单、能使电脑CPU进风口尘埃大幅度减少、同时清洗尘埃过滤网又非常方便的CPU冷却进风口尘埃过滤器。
本实用新型是这样实现的：在电脑机箱外侧CPU冷却进风口设置有尘埃过滤器，该过滤器既可在设计生产时设置，也可在现有产品上附加。无论上述何种方式，其核心是在进风口设置了可以阻碍尘埃通过的塑料泡沫或者纤维布料制作的过滤网。过滤网置放在一带凹槽的外环中，外环边缘对称设置有磁片，由于机箱都是钢板制作，因此过滤器可以方便地吸附在机箱上CPU冷却进风口过滤该处进风尘埃，需要清洗时将过滤器抠下即可。
本实用新型具有尘埃过滤效果好、结构简单、清洗方便的优点。

具体实施方式
在图1-5所示的实施例中，图1为尘埃过滤器6的使用状态，在机箱4的外侧CPU冷却进风口设置有尘埃过滤器6，尘埃过滤器6既可在设计生产时设置，也可在现有产品上附加。无论上述何种方式，其核心是在CPU冷却进风口外侧设置了可以阻碍尘埃通过的过滤网2，过滤网2既可是塑料泡沫也可是纤维布料等材料。过滤网2置放在外环1内侧的凹槽5里，外环1边缘对称预置有磁片预留孔7，磁片3可用粘剂固定在磁片预留孔7中，由于机箱4都是钢板制作，因此外环1可方便地吸附在机箱4的CPU冷却进风口上对CPU冷却进风尘埃实施过滤；抠下尘埃过滤器6的外环1则可取出并清洗过滤网2上被过滤阻挡的积尘。清洗后依次装回即可。
Claims (3)
1.一种电脑机箱尘埃过滤器，其特征是：由外环(1)、磁片(3)，过滤网(2)组成，外环(1)内置放有过滤网(2)，外环(1)的边缘固定有磁片(3)，外环(1)通过磁片(3)吸附在机箱(4)的CPU进风口机外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电脑机箱尘埃过滤器，其特征是：外环(1)内侧有凹槽(5)，过滤网(2)置于其中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电脑机箱尘埃过滤器，其特征是：磁片(3)对称固定在外环(1)边缘的磁片预留孔(7)中。
