背景技术
目前,万能电子试验机上所配备的引伸计的测试量程为50mm,主要用于测量杆状试件标距为50mm范围内的应变情况,对于标距大于50mm的试件,则不能获得荷载一轴向位移曲线。由于引伸计的量程太小,则不能在万能电子试验机上进行试件标距较大的拉压试验,从而限制了试验机的应用范围。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够扩大引伸计测试量程,以便进行试件标距大于50mm的拉压试验,从而达到扩大万能电子试验机应用范围的试验装置。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型试验装置,包括相互连接的载荷施加装置、试件夹持装置、引伸计与数据采集系统,待测杆状试件安装在上下两夹持装置之间,本实用新型的改进在于,在待测试件的标距两端分别夹设刀口夹具,所述刀口夹具分别与上下两根芯轴螺纹连接,上下芯轴之间具有一定的距离,下芯轴上固定一套管,所述套管可滑动地套设在上芯轴上,所述引伸计包含两测脚,这两个测脚分别夹设在所述套管和上芯轴上。进一步地,所述上芯轴为一等截面圆形杆件,所述下芯轴为一变截面圆形杆件。
优选地,上述上芯轴沿轴向标有刻度,以便于测试人员可以方便地目测读数。
优选地,上述载荷施加装置与试件夹持装置之间设有载荷传感器,所述
3载荷传感器与数据采集系统电连接,这样载荷数据就会传递到数据采集系统;
另外,引伸计上两刀口夹具之间发生相对位移的数据也会传递到数据采集系统,从而可以生成载荷一轴向位移曲线。
优选地,上述套管可根据待测杆状试件的标距配置若干根,其长度可设
置为100mm、 200mm、 300mm、 400mm等尺寸,形成一个系列,拉压不同标距的杆状试件,则选用对应长度的套管。
优选地,上述套管和芯轴由铝合金材料制作,使其具有质量轻、强度高、刚度好的特点,也可选用不锈钢或铜等具有足够强度的材料制成,。
优选地,上述刀口夹具由45号钢材制作并进行淬火处理,使其具有足够的强度、刚度和耐磨性,也可选用其他牌号的钢材和金属制作。

由于本实用新型采用了上述巧妙的结构,使得引伸计测试量程可以根据需要而扩大,比原测量范围(50mm)大大提高,在扩大了万能电子试验机应用范围的同时提高了测量的精度,而且结构简单、安装方便,改进的成本低廉,性价比很高。

4具体实施方式
参见图l,本较佳实施例试验装置包括相互连接的载荷施加装置5、万能电子试验机上端夹持装置3和万能电子试验机下端夹持装置11、引伸计8和数据采集系统6,载荷施加装置5与试件夹持装置3之间设有载荷传感器4,引伸计8与载荷传感器4都和数据采集系统6电连接,以便将各自测得的数据传输到数据采集系统6中。待测杆状试件l标距为100mm,安装在上下两夹持装置3和1 l之间,在试件l的标距两端分别安装刀口夹具2和12。
结合图2、图3、图4所示,刀口夹具2和12的主体为一双头螺杆20,其一端设有一螺盖18,另一端具有两刀口,分别是固定刀口15和滑动刀口16,在滑动刀口 16和螺盖18之间夹设一弹簧17,刀口夹具2上的螺纹孔19与上芯轴7的螺纹21连接,刀口夹具12上的螺纹孔19和下芯轴10上的螺纹21连接,上芯轴7为一铝合金制成的等截面圆形杆件,下芯轴10为一铝合金制成的变截面圆形杆件,其中上芯轴7沿轴向标有刻度以便目测读数。
结合如图5所示,用锁紧螺钉13和14将套管9固定在下芯轴10截面较小的一段上,套管9由不锈钢制成,同时使上芯轴7装配在不锈钢套管9内,上芯轴7与金属套管9之间能作相对滑动。引伸计8具有上下两测脚22和23,引伸计8的上测脚22夹设在上芯轴7上,引伸计8的下测脚23夹设在套管9上,这样试件l标距两端截面发生相对位移则带动上芯轴7与套管9之间发生相对滑动,从而导致引伸计8的两测脚22和23发生相对位移,并将数据传递到数据采集系统6中,同时荷载传感器4亦将荷载数据传递到数据采集系统6,则可获得杆件l的拉压试验荷载一轴向位移曲线。若要测试标距不同的杆状试件l,则可松开锁紧螺钉13和14更换对应长度的金属套管9,以满足测试量程的要求。

5. 如权利要求1或2所述的扩大引伸计测试量程的试验装置,其特征在 于:所述套管可根据待测杆状试件的标距配置若干根。
6. 如权利要求1或2所述的扩大引伸计测试量程的试验装置,其特征在于:所述套管和芯轴由铝合金、不锈钢或铜中的一种材料制成。
7. 如权利要求1或2所述的扩大引伸计测试量程的试验装置,其特征在 于:所述刀口夹具由45号钢材制作并进行淬火处理。
