在已有技术中,太阳能多用灯包括太阳能电池组件、蓄电池、光源和控制器,控制器电路结构各异,多数电路复杂。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述情况而提供一种控制电路结构简单的太阳能多用灯。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:太阳能多用灯包括太阳能电池组件、蓄电池、光源和控制器。控制器电路包括:
达林顿管放大电路;
与达林顿管放大电路连接的光敏电阻电路,通过设定电阻阻值来控制电路通断。光敏电阻电路由光敏电阻M,保护电阻R2、可调电阻R1串联而成。
与达林顿管放大电路连接的驱动电路,起到开关作用。驱动电路采用继电器J1。光源选用LED高亮度发光二极管,进行排列组合设置。
本实用新型的优点是:1、控制电路结构简单,价格低廉,故障率低,安全可靠、耐用,使用寿命长。2、在有可见光时电路通过三极管形成关闭状态,无太阳光时电路自行接通,实现照明开启自动控制。

具体实施方式
参见附图,太阳能多用灯包括太阳能电池组件、蓄电池、光源和控制器。控制器电路包括:达林顿管放大电路1,三极管BG1选用3DK7,BG2选用3CG12,β值为50-100,BVceo大于12伏即可,反向极穿透电流Iceo大于1微安,与达林顿管放大电路1连接的光敏电阻电路2,通过设定电阻阻值来控制电路通断。与达林顿管放大电路1连接的驱动电路3,起到开关作用。光敏电阻电路2由光敏电阻M,保护电阻R2、可调电阻R1串联而成,M为硅光敏电阻,型号MG45-32,为了降低电路停振时的耗电量,在有光照射亮阻数值应小于300千欧,暗阻应大于600千欧。驱动电路3采用继电器J1。J1为HH54P继电器,12伏。电源接通后,正电压通过R1可调电位器和R2,供给BG1的b极一个正电压,BG1的e极为负,BG1不导通,当M的电阻小于300千欧时,亮阻供给BG1一个0.1-0.3微毫安的电流,使BG1不能导通,电路停振,J1不吸合,电路不工作;当M阻值大于600千欧时,暗阻、BG1因没有负控制电压,BG1导通,供给BG2一个放大电流,电路起振,使BG2导通,J1吸合,使照明发光。调整R1使得环境照度低于设定值时关闭和导通,实现电路自动控制。电容C1使电路供电稳定。
以路灯为例,太阳能电池组件选用北京太阳能厂生产的双晶硅太阳能板3W,17V,蓄电池为天津市蓄电池厂生产的渤海牌3-MA-12S蓄电池、光源为LED高亮度发光二极管组成辐射状灯罩内排布。

Claims (3)

1.一种太阳能多用灯,包括太阳能电池组件、蓄电池、光源和控制器,其特征在于控制器电路包括:
达林顿管放大电路(1);
与达林顿管放大电路(1)连接的光敏电阻电路(2),通过设定电阻阻值来控制电路通断;
与达林顿管放大电路(1)连接的驱动电路(3),起到开关作用。
2.按照权利要求1所述的太阳能多用灯,其特征在于光敏电阻电路(2)由光敏电阻M,保护电阻R2、可调电阻R1串联而成。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的太阳能多用灯,其特征在于驱动电路(3)采用继电器J1。
