本实用新型涉及一种高效节能型燃气炉具,包括炉盘、液化气管和液化气瓶,炉盘通过液化气管与液化气瓶连接,其特征在于,炉盘通过空气胶管与空压机连接,空压机上安装压力表,带夹卡在空气胶管和液化气管上,空气胶管上设有风针,液化气管上设有射吸管和液化气表;风针和射吸管设置于炉盘入口处。本实用新型炉具在原有结构的基础上加设空压机,使得炉盘火焰更充分的燃烧,不但节省了原料,而且减少了气体污染。

本实用新型涉及一种高效节能型燃气炉具。
背景技术
目前,在我国餐饮行业中,各类酒店及饭店使用的各种燃气灶主要是直接使用液化石油气,不仅浪费能源,而且对环境有严重污染,火焰温度低,使液化气不能完全燃烧,4%的能源浪费了,给国家能源造成严重浪费。由于燃料尚未得到充分燃烧,大量的一氧化碳和有害气体影响空气清洁度,严重的危害了人类的身体健康。
发明内容
本实用新型克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种结构设计合理、节能并有效减少污染的高效节能型燃气炉具。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
高效节能型燃气炉具,包括炉盘、液化气管和液化气瓶,炉盘通过液化气管与液化气瓶连接,其特征在于,炉盘通过空气胶管与空压机连接,空压机上安装压力表,带夹卡在空气胶管和液化气管上,空气胶管上设有风针,液化气管上设有射吸管和液化气表;风针和射吸管设置于炉盘入口处。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:在原有结构的基础上增设空压机,空压机给炉盘通入空气,使得炉盘中的火焰充分燃烧,不但节省了能源,还减少了不充分燃烧气体对空气的污染。

具体实施方式
高效节能型燃气炉具,包括炉盘1、液化气管4和液化气瓶7,炉盘1通过液化气管4与液化气瓶7连接,炉盘1通过空气胶管3与空压机10连接,空压机10上安装压力表5,带夹2卡在空气胶管3和液化气管4上,空气胶管3上设有风针9,液化气管4上设有射吸管8和液化气表6。风针9和射吸管8设置于炉盘入口处。使用时,同时开启液压气瓶和空压机10,从而达到了让火焰充分燃烧的目的。
