Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型技术涉及一种石油、地质、煤田和矿山等领域钻井用钻头 的PDC片和含孕镶块的硬质材料圆柱组成的复合齿,属于机械制造技术领 域。
背景技术
目前,石油、地质、煤田和矿山等领域使用的PDC钻头通常有不同抛物 线弧形的几个刀片组成,在每个刀片上按一定距离以负前角为10-30°镶焊 不同直径的圆柱硬质合金PDC片齿,齿的长度一般在8-14毫米左右,按钻 头直径大小和PDC片齿的直径不同镶悍约20-50多个齿不等。这些负前角齿 的锋利圆弧部分用来切削岩石,像一个多刃铣刀钻头一样工作。
PDC片齿的磨损首先从圆弧顶部开始,随后就逐渐将圆弧磨平。这时,
齿底和岩石的接触面积大幅度的增加,钻速会不断下降,尤其是磨损性差的 PDC片齿,钻速下降幅度更快。如何减缓PDC片齿圆弧顶部的磨损速度,增 加该部位的耐磨性,并使PDC片齿在磨损过程中保持类似圆弧的形状,以减 少PDC片齿和井底岩石的接触面积,以利于提高钻速,延长钻头的使用寿命, 这是目前国内外各钻头公司急待研究解决的课题。 实用新型内容
本实用新型技术的目的在于针对现有技术不足,提供一种增加PDC片齿 圆弧顶部的耐磨性和它在磨损过程中能自磨成类似圆弧的PDC片和镶孕镶 块的硬质材料圆柱组成的复合齿。该齿由PDC片和镶孕镶块或人造金刚石聚 晶块的硬质材料圆柱经低温焊接复合而成,其中孕镶块的一个侧面贴住PDC 片背面,孕镶块的弧形顶面与PDC片的外围弧形一致并前后排列在齿的侧面 上,孕镶块的其它面被硬质材料圆柱包围。这种复合齿是由厚3-5毫米不同 直径的PDC片通过低温焊接将相同直径的镶孕镶块的长6-12毫米硬质材料 圆柱焊在一起。硬质材料圆柱的孕镶块是由天然金刚石和人造金刚石单晶混 合,经过粉末冶金热压烧结成的,其形状为厚2-8毫米的长方形孕镶块(长 方形长和宽有具体齿的大小来定),也可以用厚2-8毫米的同尺寸的长方形

综上所述,本实用新型技术具有如下优点:
本实用新型提供一种PDC片和镶孕镶块的硬质材料圆柱复合齿,其优点 在于这种圆柱组成的复合齿圆弧顶部由于PDC片圆弧顶部后增加了厚2-8 毫米的长方形天然金刚石单晶热压孕镶块或人造金刚石聚晶块,从而加强了 PDC片圆弧顶部的耐磨性,同时PDC片顶部圆弧二侧后面没有孕镶块和聚晶 块,所以二侧复合片磨损得快,使复合齿圆弧顶部自磨成类似于圆弧的齿形, 可以减少复合齿和井底岩石的接触面积,有利于提高钻速和延长钻头寿命。
本实用新型技术提供一种PDC片和镶孕镶块的硬质材料圆柱组成的复 合齿,其优点在于这种复合齿的制造工艺比较简单,将PDC片和镶孕镶块或 人造金刚石聚晶块的硬质材料圆柱用低温焊接在一起,硬质材料圆柱基体性 能和金刚石孕镶块或聚晶块的尺寸可以根据钻头上复合齿大小和岩石研磨 性的高低随时调整,以达到最佳效果。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型做进一步地详细说明。如图1所示为本实用新型的PDC片和镶金刚石孕镶块或镶人造金刚石 聚晶块的硬质材料圆柱组成的复合齿结构示意图。它由PDC片1、金刚石孕
镶块或人造金刚石聚晶块2和硬质材料圆柱3组成。如图2所小中金刚石孕 镶块是有天然和人造金刚石混合经热压成,厚2-8毫米的长方形孕镶块或人 造金刚石聚晶块的其它尺寸根据钻头要求复合齿的尺寸来定,硬质材料圆柱 3将压好的金刚石孕镶块或人造金刚石聚晶块2加上不同金属粉末再用热压 或烧结法制成镶金刚石孕镶块或人造金刚石聚晶块的硬质材料圆柱体,然后 将制造好的硬质材料圆柱体3,经整形后,用低温焊接法与PDC片-1悍在一
起,组成圆柱复合齿,能起到加强复合齿圆弧顶部耐磨的作用,使齿具有自 锐和自磨成类似圆弧的外形,以减少在磨损过程中齿与岩石的接触面积,如 图3和图4所示,有利于提高钻速和延长钻头寿命的作用。

1.一种PDC钻头复合齿,其特征在于该齿由PDC片和镶孕镶块或人造金刚石聚晶块的硬质材料圆柱经低温焊接复合而成,其中孕镶块的一个侧面贴住PDC片背面,孕镶块的弧形顶面与PDC片的外围弧形一致并前后排列在齿的侧面上,孕镶块的其它面被硬质材料圆柱包围。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的PDC钻头复合齿,其特征在于,PDC片的 厚度为3-5毫米,孕镶块的厚度为2-8毫米。
