本实用新型涉及一种密炼机转子,具体地说是一种密炼机转子液压密封装置。
背景技术:
目前公开的国内、外密炼机转子液压密封装置,其特点是通常采用油缸密封,每两个油缸固定在一块油缸支板上,而油缸支板固定在耐磨板上,如专利号为200620052602.2,申请日为2006年10月24日,发明名称为密炼机转子轴端密封的专利公开了一种将密封油缸安装在端板(耐磨板)上的结构,这样耐磨板和油缸支板结构及加工复杂,精度要求高,安装拆卸也十分困难。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种便于加工、安装和维护的密炼机转子液压密封装置。
本实用新型是采用如下技术方案实现其发明目的的,一种密炼机转子液压密封装置,它包括轴承支架、密封油缸,油缸支板安装在轴承支架上,密封油缸安装在油缸支板上,密封油缸的活塞杆压在静耐磨环上。
本实用新型所述的油缸支板均布在轴承支架上,其数量为2-4个,对应的密封油缸也为2-4个。
本实用新型密封油缸内设有预紧弹簧。
由于采用上述技术方案,本实用新型较好的实现了发明目的,结构先进,简化了零件设计及加工工艺,加工简单,便于安装和维护,密封装置更加安全可靠,密封效果更好,防止了粉尘泄漏。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
由图1、图2可知,一种密炼机转子液压密封装置,它包括轴承支架1、密封油缸6,油缸支板5安装在轴承支架1上,密封油缸6安装在油缸支板5上,密封油缸6的活塞杆压在静耐磨环4上。
本实用新型所述的油缸支板5均布在轴承支架1上,其数量为2-4个,对应的密封油缸6也为2-4个。
本实用新型密封油缸6内设有预紧弹簧7。
本实用新型耐磨板2安装在轴承支架1孔内,油缸支板5用高强度的螺栓固定在轴承支架1上,密封油缸6固定在油缸支板5上,其活塞杆直接对静耐磨环4加压,使动耐磨环3和静耐磨环4紧紧贴合,形成密封作用。
密封油缸6内还安装有预紧弹簧7,用于在不工作的状态下,由预紧弹簧7的预紧力使动耐磨环3、静耐磨环4的工作表面紧贴在一起。
本实用新型最大限度地保证了密炼机转子的密封效果,进一步保证了炼胶质量,保障了设备的安全使用,防止环境污染。

1、一种密炼机转子液压密封装置,它包括轴承支架[1]、密封油缸[6],其特征是油缸支板[5]安装在轴承支架[1]上,密封油缸[6]安装在油缸支板[5]上,密封油缸[6]的活塞杆压在静耐磨环[4]上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的密炼机转子液压密封装置,其特征是所述的油缸支板[5]均布在轴承支架[1]上,其数量为2-4个,对应的密封油缸[6]也为2-4个。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的密炼机转子液压密封装置,其特征是密封油缸[6]内设有预紧弹簧[7]。
