技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种指示接地位置状态的确认装置,尤其是能识别隐蔽接地和远距离接地的状态。
背景技术
目前,SF6环网柜开断和绝缘性能优异,操作过电压低,操作功率小,是一种全封闭、全绝缘、免维护的产品。由于其性能优良、运行可靠、体积小等优点而受供电部门和用户的普遍欢迎,在10kV配网中大量使用。SF6环网柜接地工位提供了很好的安全措施,但接地装置是隐蔽的,合上接地开关后,只有面板上的合闸指示,不能确认接地是否在合闸位置以及接地合闸状态是否良好,并且设备的桩头也不具备另行装设接地线,不能保证在隐蔽接地下施工人员的安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构合理,测出被测设备是否已经接地,而且能方便测试出接地是否良好的接地确认器。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
一种接地确认器,其特征是:包括两测试端,两测试端与语音芯片连接,语音芯片通过放大器与扬声器连接,语音芯片与LED指示装置连接,在两测试端之间接有分压电阻,分压电阻与按钮开关并联,电源装置为电路提供电源。
本实用新型结构合理,能测出被测设备是否已经接地,而且能方便测试出接地是否良好。在设备已经停电,接地开关合上后,先用同电压等级的验电器确定被测设备确无电压,再用接地确认器件检测端接触设备桩头,只有在接地确已合上,且接触良好的情况下,接地确认器能发出声光提示。

具体实施方式:
一种接地确认器,包括两测试端S、D,两测试端与语音芯片1连接,语音芯片1通过三极管放大器2与扬声器3连接,语音芯片(型号:XT1233)与LED指示装置4连接,在两测试端之间接有分压电阻R2,分压电阻R2与按钮开关AL并联,电源装置4为电路提供电源。图中还有开关K、电容C、电阻R1等。工作时,合上电源开关K,由于回路电阻R2的分压作用,语音报警芯片得不到工作电压,不提示。当按下试验按钮AL或测试端S和D之间的回路接通,且接通的回路电阻符合要求时,语音报警芯片得电触发,3触点输出语音信号经三极管放大,扬声器BL发出语音提示声,4触点输出可靠电压,发光二极管频闪。

1、一种接地确认器,其特征是:包括两测试端,两测试端与语音芯片连接,语音芯片通过放大器与扬声器连接,语音芯片与LED指示装置连接,在两测试端之间接有分压电阻,分压电阻与按钮开关并联,电源装置为电路提供电源。
