本实用新型涉及污水过滤技术领域，特指一种水泵过滤器，包括过滤器本体，过滤器本体的上部设置有污水进水口和自来水进水口，过滤器本体的顶部设置有用于排气的排气口，过滤器本体的下部设置有用于连接水泵的水泵接口，污水通过输送管道进入过滤器本体内，污水经过过滤网罩过滤后再水泵抽送到所需要的地方，污水经过过滤后，去除了杂质，可以使水泵获得保护，延长水泵的使用寿命；另外，过滤器本体顶部还设置有排气口，在水泵工作之前，先对过滤器本体内部进行排气，避免水泵吸空气而造成损害。

本实用新型涉及污水过滤技术领域，特指一种水泵过滤器。
背景技术：
在生产过程中，某些工艺过程通常需要用水来冷却，冷却水在循环过程中会不可避免地携带一些杂质，当这些杂质经过水泵时，会造成水泵堵塞，破坏水泵，降低水泵的使用寿命。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的不足而提供一种水泵过滤器。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：水泵过滤器，包括过滤器本体，过滤器本体的上部设置有污水进水口和自来水进水口，过滤器本体的顶部设置有用于排气的排气口，过滤器本体的下部设置有用于连接水泵的水泵接口。
过滤器本体内设置有圆筒形的过滤网罩，水泵接口焊接在过滤网罩的外侧。
过滤器本体的底部设置有排污口，排污口设置有阀体。
过滤器本体下部焊接用于支撑过滤器本体的支撑脚。
所述的水泵接口设置有法兰。
本实用新型有益效果是：污水通过输送管道进入过滤器本体内，污水经过过滤后再水泵抽送到所需要的地方，污水经过过滤后，去除了杂质，可以使水泵获得保护，延长水泵的使用寿命；另外，过滤器本体顶部还设置有排气口，在水泵工作之前，先对过滤器本体内部进行排气，避免水泵吸空气而造成损害；本实用新型适合处理带有颗粒状异物的水的水泵使用，可以有效去除污水中的颗粒状异物。

具体实施方式：
见图1、2，本实用新型包括过滤器本体1，过滤器本体1的上部设置有污水进水口1a和自来水进水口1b，过滤器本体1的顶部设置有用于排气的排气口1c，过滤器本体1的下部设置有用于连接水泵的水泵接口1d，过滤器本体1内设置有圆筒形的过滤网罩2，过滤网罩2相当于过滤器本体1的内胆，水泵接口1d焊接在过滤网罩2的外侧。
过滤器本体1的底部设置有排污口1e，排污口1e设置有阀体3，在清理保养时，开启阀体3的阀门，再通过自来水进水口1b注入自来水，即对过滤器本体1内的过滤网罩2进行清洗。
过滤器本体1下部焊接用于支撑过滤器本体1的支撑脚4，支撑脚4可以通过爆炸螺钉固定在地面上。
所述的水泵接口1d设置有法兰5，通过法兰5可与水泵牢固连接。
所述的污水进水口1a设置有法兰6，通过法兰6可与污水输送管道牢固连接。
在水泵开启前先向本实用新型内注入自来水，同时通过排气口1c排气，打开污水进水口1a，待水装满后关闭自来水进水口1b，然后再关闭排气口1c，开启水泵进行吸水，液体内含有的颗粒或杂物就会被挡在过滤网罩2上，不会损坏水泵，起到实时保护作用。
当然，以上所述之实施方式，只是本实用新型的较佳实施方式而已，并非用来限制本实用新型的实施范围，故凡依本实用新型申请专利范围所述的构造、特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰，均应包括于本实用新型申请专利范围内。

1、水泵过滤器，包括过滤器本体，其特征在于：过滤器本体的上部设置有污水进水口和自来水进水口，过滤器本体的顶部设置有用于排气的排气口，过滤器本体的下部设置有用于连接水泵的水泵接口。
2、根据权利要求1所述的水泵过滤器，其特征在于：过滤器本体内设置有圆筒形的过滤网罩，水泵接口焊接在过滤网罩的外侧。
3、根据权利要求1所述的水泵过滤器，其特征在于：过滤器本体的底部设置有排污口，排污口设置有阀体。
4、根据权利要求1所述的水泵过滤器，其特征在于：过滤器本体下部焊接用于支撑过滤器本体的支撑脚。
5、根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的水泵过滤器，其特征在于：所述的水泵接口设置有法兰。
