When the air filter is installed, the screw track 520 and the latch 5121 can be matched and locked with each other, so that the latch 52 elastically deforms the buckle piece 512 of the buckle plate 51 through the clamping relationship between the screw track 520 and the latch 5121, the two latches 5121 are locked with the screw track 520, namely the buckle piece 512 elastically deforms and approaches the fixing plate 510, and has a downward pulling acting force on the latch to lock the latch 52, so that the air filter and the ventilation system are connected and fixed, and the assembling operation is completed; reverse rotation bail 52 during the dismantlement, the block of two latches 5121 and spiral track 520 will loosen and take off, two latches 5121 withdraw from the spiral track 520 of bail 52, clip 512 keeps away from fixed plate 510 gradually and resumes the normal position, thereby can realize dismantling air cleaner and ventilation system separation, the installation with dismantle only need rotate the bail can, convenient and fast, and, after the dismantlement finishes, buckle 51 and bail 52 set firmly respectively in ventilation system mounting flange 54 and air cleaner mounting flange 55, like this when the assembly operation next time, just need not to look for again and install bail and buckle, and can avoid losing of bail and buckle.
It is worth mentioning that the mounting part 5 (i.e. the staple or the clip plate included in the quick-release staple assembly) can be mounted on the rear fixing frame 2 as required, in addition to the front fixing frame 1 of the air filter 100, i.e. when the staple is mounted on the ventilation system, the corresponding clip plate can be mounted on the front fixing frame or the rear fixing frame of the air filter; and when the pinch plate is mounted to the ventilation system, the corresponding clip may be mounted to the front fixing frame or the rear fixing frame of the air filter. The mounting position and the number of the quick-attaching and detaching clip assemblies are not limited.

Claims (9)
1. An air filter for connection to a ventilation system, the air filter comprising:
the rear fixing frame is provided with a rear framework, a plurality of supporting strips are parallelly and convexly arranged on the rear framework, and two ends of each supporting strip are fixedly connected to two opposite side ends of the rear framework respectively;
the front fixing frame is provided with a front frame in a cylindrical barrel shape, a plurality of support rods arranged in parallel are arranged on the front frame, and two ends of each support rod are fixedly connected to two opposite side walls of the front frame respectively;
the filter material is clamped between the rear fixing frame and the front fixing frame;
the quick opening and closing spring lock comprises a clamping hook and a clamping piece which can be mutually clamped and fixed, and the clamping hook and the clamping piece are respectively arranged on the front fixing frame and the rear fixing frame;
the front fixing frame and the rear fixing frame are mutually embedded, supporting strips of the rear fixing frame are accommodated in the front fixing frame, the supporting strips and the supporting rods are mutually staggered and embedded and respectively abut against the filter material, and the filter material is W-shaped; the edge of the filter material is fixed between the front fixing frame and the rear fixing frame in a pressing mode.
2. The air filter of claim 1, wherein the struts are shaped like Jiong, and one end of each strut against the filter material is located on the same plane, the struts are also located on the same plane, and the struts are all equally spaced.
3. The air filter according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the front frame and the rear frame are rectangular frames, and a plurality of brackets for auxiliary fixing the stay are provided on two opposite side walls of the rear frame.
4. The air filter of claim 1, wherein at least one handle is provided on the front frame or the rear frame.
5. The air filter of claim 1, further comprising a plurality of mounting members for securing the air filter to the ventilation system, the mounting members being disposed on the front or rear fixed frame.
6. The air filter of claim 5, wherein the mounting member is a quick-release staple assembly comprising:
the clamping nail is arranged on the mounting flange of the air filter in a penetrating mode and provided with a clamping nail head and a clamping nail screw rod, a spiral track is arranged on the clamping nail screw rod, a clamping part is arranged on the upper portion of the spiral track, and the diameter of the clamping part is larger than that of the clamping nail screw rod;
the lock pad is provided with a through hole and can be sleeved on the staple bolt; the diameter of the through hole is matched with that of the clamping screw rod; the lock pad and the staple clip head are respectively positioned at two sides of the mounting flange of the air filter;
the buckle plate is correspondingly arranged on the mounting flange of the ventilation system and comprises a fixed plate fixedly connected with the ventilation system and at least one buckle sheet which is arranged at the upper part of the fixed plate and can elastically deform; be equipped with at least one perforating hole on the fixed plate, be equipped with on the cramp with the perforating hole that sets up on the fixed plate is corresponding, supplies the card hole that the bail wore to establish, be equipped with in the card hole two can with the latch of the spiral track on the bail screw rod cooperation lock solid.
7. The air filter of claim 6, wherein one end of the buckle is connected to the first side of the fixing plate by a bent portion, and the other end of the buckle forms a cantilever end.

The air filter of claim 6, wherein a stop portion is connected to a second side of the fixing plate opposite to the bent portion to limit the elastic movement of the fastening plate, the stop portion extends from the fixing plate to the fastening plate, and an extending end of the stop portion is bent toward an upper portion of the fastening plate to form a stop end.
9. The air filter of claim 6, wherein the retainer portion of the staple is a reverse tapered ring having a diameter greater than the diameter of the screw of the staple on the side of the ring facing the head of the staple.
