本实用新型公开了一种光伏组件用EVA胶膜,其特征在于:所述光伏组件用EVA胶膜的至少一面压有凸台状的花纹。本实用新型将凸起的花纹做成凸台状,在使用时,可以方便层压固化过程中气体的排出,提高胶膜的粘结强度,固化后还可以提高胶膜的透光率,防止胶膜互相因粘性而难于分开。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于太阳能电池封装的EVA胶膜。
背景技术
太阳能电池在封装时,需要在外层玻璃和太阳能电池之间铺设一层由EVA材料制成的胶膜。这种胶膜在太阳能电池封装过程中,发生固化反应,变成无色透明状。胶膜固化过程,需要将外层玻璃和太阳能电池之间的空气排出,固化后胶膜和外层玻璃的综合透光率比仅为外层玻璃的透光率还要高,太阳能电池的光电转换效率也得到提高。公开号为CN2686096Y的实用新型专利说明书公开了一种太阳能电池胶膜,这种太阳能电池胶膜的一个面上压有下凹的呈四棱台或四棱锥状的花纹。这种带下凹花纹的胶膜虽然解决了胶膜容易出现层与层之间粘结的问题,但是这种太阳能电池胶膜在于外层玻璃和硅光电池板贴合时,胶膜与外层玻璃是封闭的网格状接触,其接触面与外层玻璃的网格中间留有空气,这些空气及胶膜固化过程产生的气体排除因网格封闭而比较困难,从而影响到光伏组件的质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术缺陷,提供一种胶膜之间不会粘结、使用时不产生气隙、透光率高的光伏组件用EVA胶膜。
为了实现以上目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种光伏组件用EVA胶膜,其特征在于:所述光伏组件用EVA胶膜的至少一面压有凸台状的花纹。
所述的凸台为菱形凸台状。
所述的凸台为六棱凸台状。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型将凸起的花纹做成凸台状,在使用时,可以方便层压固化过程中气体的排出,提高胶膜的粘结强度,固化后还可以提高胶膜的透光率,防止胶膜互相因粘性而难于分开。

具体实施方式
如图1至图2所示,一种光伏组件用EVA胶膜,本实用新型在胶膜1的一面或者两面压有凸台状的花纹,本实施例1中的花纹为六棱台状。当然也可以是实施例2中如图3、图4所示呈方形凸台花纹状。也可以是实施例3中如图5、图6所示的呈菱形凸台花纹状。本实用新型将花纹设计成凸台状,这样在使用时,可以方便层压固化过程中气体的排出,提高胶膜的粘结强度,固化后还可以提高胶膜的透光率,防止胶膜互相因粘性而难于分开。

1、一种光伏组件用EVA胶膜,其特征在于:所述光伏组件用EVA胶膜的至少一面压有凸台状的花纹。
2、根据权利要求1所述的光伏组件用EVA胶膜,其特征在于:所述花纹为菱形凸台花纹。
3、根据权利要求1所述的光伏组件用EVA胶膜,其特征在于:所述花纹为六棱台状花纹。
4、根据权利要求1所述的光伏组件用EVA胶膜,其特征在于:所述花纹为方形凸台花纹。
