本实用新型涉及一种辊轮装置,具体是一种可制动的辊轮。
背景技术
目前,纵梁的冲孔工艺中均为连续工作,即向冲孔机连续送料。这就要求在传输过程中,对待加工纵梁进行及时制动,等待正在加工的纵梁加工完成并离开冲孔机后,再将待加工纵梁送入冲孔机。现有的冲孔工艺中所用制动装置均为专门制动装置,其往往存在结构复杂,成本高,占地大,操作复杂等问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可制动的辊轮,可以对经过的工件进行制动,结构简洁合理,制动效果好。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:一种可制动的辊轮,包括辊轮座,辊轮座上安装辊轮支架和支撑板,辊轮支架上安装辊轮,支撑板上安装动力缸,动力缸的伸缩杆与制动滑块连接,制动滑块与辊轮相对应。支撑板上开设滑槽,支撑板上安装直通式压注油杯,滑槽与直通式压注油杯相通。
本实用新型的优点在于:制动迅速快捷,易于控制;无需单独的制动装置,占地少,安装使用方便;结构简洁可靠,成本低等。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的主体结构有辊轮座8,辊轮座8可以固定在传输装置上。辊轮座8上安装辊轮支架5和支撑板1。辊轮支架5上安装辊轮7。支撑板1上安装动力缸3,动力缸3的伸缩杆与制动滑块4连接,制动滑块4与辊轮7相对应。动力缸3可以是液压缸或气压缸。
本实用新型进一步的特征在于:支撑板1上开设滑槽2,支撑板1上安装直通式压注油杯9,滑槽2与直通式压注油杯9相通。
本实用新型在上料过程中,辊轮7做旋转运动。当需要制动时,控制动力缸3工作,并带动制动块4迅速伸出,制动块4与辊轮7贴合,靠摩擦力使辊轮7停止运动,实现制动目的。

1、一种可制动的辊轮,其特征在于:包括辊轮座(8),辊轮座(8)上安装辊轮支架(5)和支撑板(1),辊轮支架(5)上安装辊轮(7),支撑板(1)上安装动力缸(3),动力缸(3)的伸缩杆与制动滑块(4)连接,制动滑块(4)与辊轮(7)相对应。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种可制动的辊轮,其特征在于:支撑板(1)上开设滑槽(2),支撑板(1)上安装直通式压注油杯(9),滑槽(2)与直通式压注油杯(9)相通。
