干背卧式秸秆锅炉
技术领域:
本实用新型是涉及秸秆锅炉结构的改进。 背景技术:
目前的秸秆锅炉有多种,但大多数沿用煤炉的燃烧形式,很难发挥秸秆燃 烧特性,因此,燃烧效率不高。 实用新型内容:
本实用新型就是针对上述问题,提供一种更适于秸秆燃烧、且燃烧效率高 的干背卧式秸秆锅炉。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案,本实用新型包括炉体, 其结构要点是炉体内为燃烧器、换热器;所述的燃烧器包括燃烧室,燃烧室的 底部为具有通风孔的落渣挡板,落渣挡板的底部出口处为出渣螺杆;燃烧室的 具有通风孔的炉壁同炉体壳体之间为二次风道;燃烧室的出口为具有螺旋叶片 的旋流喷口;燃烧室的入料口处设置有电加热器,电加热器同内具有送料螺杆、 上具有燃料仓的输料管相连,送料螺杆内设置有点火风道;所述的换热器包括 炉体的水套、换热管外的水套;同燃烧室的旋流喷口相连的第二燃烧室通过具 有通孔的折烟墙同第三燃烧室相连,第二燃烧室、第三燃烧室的下方为灰槽, 第三燃烧室同换热管、排烟道、排烟口依次相连。
本实用新型的有益效果:
1、燃烧效率高:
本实用新型通过落渣挡板的通风孔进入燃烧室内的一次风,及通过炉壁上 的通风孔进入燃烧室的二次风,使燃料在燃烧室内形成强有力的旋涡,此时, 燃料同空气充分混合,不仅延长了燃烧时间,而且,使燃料充分燃烧,提高了燃烧效率;
2、 点火简单:
本实用新型点火时,利用电加热器加热燃料,然后经送料螺杆内的点火风 道通入微量风,使燃料点燃,因此,点火过程简单;
3、 输出能力强:
由于本实用新型的出口处设置具有螺旋叶片的旋流喷口,送出的高旋转、 高温度的旋风,更易于加热被加热的设备;
4、 排渣效果好:
本实用新型采用出渣螺杆排渣,使秸秆的残留物不易于积存,而随时的排 出,同时也有助于良好的燃烧效果;
5、 应用广泛:
由于本实用新型燃烧效果好,可广泛用于各种炉窑的改进,其运行成本比 燃煤锅炉低40%,比燃油锅炉低70%。 附图说明:

本实用新型包括炉体23,炉体23内为燃烧器15、换热器24;所述的燃 烧器15包括燃烧室14,燃烧室14的底部为具有通风孔8的落渣挡板7,落渣 挡板7的底部出口 2处为出渣螺杆1;燃烧室14的具有通风孔13的炉壁16 同炉体23壳体11之间为二次风道12;燃烧室14的出口为具有螺旋叶片的旋 流喷口18;燃烧室14的入料口处设置有电加热器9,电加热器9同内具有送 料螺杆6、上具有燃料仓10的输料管4相连,送料螺杆6内设置有点火风道5;所述的换热器24包括炉体23的水套22、换热管20外的水套21;同燃烧室 14的旋流喷口 18相连的第二燃烧室25通过具有通孔26的折烟墙27同第三 燃烧室28相连,第二燃烧室25、第三燃烧室28的下方为灰槽29,第三燃烧 室28同换热管20、排烟道17、排烟口19依次相连。
为达到更好的除尘效果,可在排烟道17内设置有向下折板35。
换热管20可为横向设置。
气泵33通过管道32同二次风道12相连;气泵33通过具有开关阀31的 管道30同送料螺杆6内的点火风道5相连。
出渣螺杆1及送料螺杆6均可由同一台电机3驱动。
在炉体23的底部外,相对落渣挡板7处设置有风机34;风机34对落渣 挡板7的通风孔8送风。
通风孔13为斜向下;使燃烧室14内的烟气形成向下运动旋涡,燃料燃烧 更充分。
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的一次动作过程:
由燃料仓10送入秸秆燃料,经送料螺杆6将其送入燃烧室14内;启动电 加热器9,将秸秆燃料加温预热至30(TC-400'C时,开启开关阀31吹入微量风, 将已气化暗燃的秸秆吹成明火,从而点燃燃烧室14内的燃料。此时,关闭电 加热器9,同时开启送料螺杆6,风机34通过落渣挡板7上的通风孔8,将一 次风送入燃烧室14内。二次风由气泵33送入20-36KPa压风力,二次风的压 力空气经过炉壁16预热到90'C-380°C,采用喷射原理,通过通风孔13切向 进入燃烧室14,形成向下运动的旋涡;在下降过程中与火焰中的挥发气体和 燃料相结合,由旋流喷口 18喷出的烟尘至第二燃烧室25内,再经第三燃烧室 28、换热管20、排烟道17、排烟口19依次排出。
