背景技术
目前的平开门、平开窗上，上边框与上门框之间、下边框与下部地面之间间隙过大，无法实现密封，造成室外空气进入室内以及保温效果差、雨水渗入等问题。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种平开门窗磁性定位密封器，以提高其密封性能。
本实用新型是这样实现的，平开门窗磁性定位密封器，它有安装架体，安装架体内安装有活动架体，活动架体一端通过拉簧与安装架体连接在一起，活动架体另一端与安装架体之间有拉簧或弹簧，活动架体下部安装有磁性密封胶条。
采用上述结构的磁性定位密封器，使用时用在门窗体的上边或下边上，关门时，磁性密封磁条与上门框或地面上设置的磁性材料相对，两者吸合，起到良好的密封、定位作用，室内空气清洁、保温节能效果好，避免了雨水的渗入等问题，提高了平开门窗的使用性能。

下面结合附图给出的实施例说明本实用新型的具体结构。
如附图所示，本实用新型之平开门窗磁性定位密封器，它有安装架体3，安装架体内安装有活动架体5，活动架体一端通过拉簧4与安装架体连接在一起，活动架体另一端与安装架体之间有拉簧或弹簧7，活动架体下部安装有磁性密封胶条6。
所述的活动架体5的横截面呈H形或n形。

所述的磁性密封胶条6是通过活动架体下部的燕尾槽安装在活动架体下部的。
这种定位密封器可以作为平开门窗体的一部分安装在门窗体的上边、下边上，也可独自构成玻璃门上的上、下边框。用于下边框时，地面上安装另一磁性胶条或其它吸磁材料。关门时，磁性密封胶条与地面上设置的另一磁性胶条相对，两者吸合，活动架体被吸下，起到良好的密封、定位作用。开门后，在拉簧的拉力作用下，活动架体回到初始位置。显然，磁性密封胶条6与另一磁性胶条相对面的极性相反。
在安装架体的适当部位可有螺丝安装槽孔2。这种定位密封器作为平开门窗体的一部分使用时，安装架体上可有盖板1。

1、平开门窗磁性定位密封器，其特征在于，它有安装架体(3)，安装架体内安装有活动架体(5)，活动架体一端通过拉簧(4)与安装架体连接在一起，活动架体另一端与安装架体之间有拉簧或弹簧(7)，活动架体下部安装有磁性密封胶条(6)。

4、如权利要求1所述的平开门窗磁性定位密封器，其特征在于，所述的磁性密封胶条(6)是通过活动架体下部的燕尾槽安装在活动架体下部的。
