技术领域
本实用新型属于热收缩膜的生产线,特别涉及聚烯烃热收缩膜三次吹泡生产线。
技术背景
目前聚烯烃热收缩膜生产线,采用二次吹泡工艺。它依次由挤出机、模头、水槽夹辊、烘炉夹辊、预热烘炉、发泡炉、风环、上拉伸系统、测厚系统和下拉伸收卷系统组成。每次吹泡装置由V形架和固定导向圆环组成。V形架上每边有平行排列的导辊组。上V形架倒置,下V形架顺置,两者之间有固定导向圆环,环上有等圆周角分布的导辊,至少三个,最佳为六个导辊。所说固定导向圆环有上下二个,至少一个,充气膜泡限止在V形架和固定导向圆环上的导辊之间。这些年来,该生产线所生产的热收缩膜,在常温下有自然收缩现象,导致膜的尺寸不稳定,卷芯变形等缺陷。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种聚烯烃热收缩膜生产线,它的产品在常温下无明显自然收缩现象。

一种聚烯烃热收缩膜生产线,依次由挤出机、模头、水槽夹辊、烘炉夹辊、预热烘炉、发泡炉、上拉伸系统、风环、测厚系统和下拉伸收卷系统组成,其特征在于上拉伸系统和下拉伸收卷系统之间,连通有三次吹泡装置,即上下口分别与上拉伸系统和下拉伸收卷系统连通。
按上述方案制成的聚烯烃热收缩膜生产线,由于有了第三次吹泡装置,消除了膜的内应力,因此在常温下无明显自然收缩,消除了已有技术尺寸不稳定,卷芯变形的缺陷。
