Abstract

一种汽车整流器B+输出螺杆结构，以机械加工的方式生产出带有环形凸台的B+螺杆。将该B+螺杆放入塑料模具内注塑成型，B+螺杆与塑料保护套形成一体。当导电片装在螺杆上，螺母紧固后，导电片与螺杆环形凸台平面形成刚性连接。该连接不会因为外界环境温度的变化而松动，连接可靠性明显提高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车电子，尤其是一种汽车整流器的B+输出螺杆结构。
背景技术
目前，现有日本电装系列整流器的B+输出螺杆采用圆形螺杆外加塑料保护套的结构方式。结构螺杆与塑料保护套是间隙配合组装在一起，当导电片装在螺杆上，螺母紧固后，导电片下表面与塑料保护套压紧贴合在一起。当螺母拧紧时塑料保护套易开裂，另一方面，在汽车发电机工作时会产生高温，塑料保护套在高温下会产生轻微老化收缩变形。这样导电片就会松动，造成连接片接触不良，与B+螺杆之间产生较大的接触电阻，在大电流作用下迅速发热。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服已有的技术的不足，是提供一种连接可靠的汽车整流器的B+输出螺杆结构。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种汽车整流器的B+输出螺杆结构由B+螺杆组合件、导电片、螺母组成。其特征是：塑料保护套与B+螺杆通过注塑工艺形成一体。在螺杆上装有导电片、平垫圈、螺母，在螺纹根部圆柱部分设有一环形凸台。导电片通过平垫圈和螺母紧固与螺杆环形凸台平面形成刚性连接。
有益效果是：由于采用上述技术方案，导电片装配后，用螺母紧固，使导电片与螺杆环形凸台平面形成刚性连接。该连接不会因为外界环境温度的变化而松动，连接可靠性明显提高。而且塑料保护套与B+螺杆注塑成一体，塑料件在工作时不受力，可避免因干裂而影响连接性能。

具体实施方式
参照附图，本实用新型由B+螺杆组合件1、导电片2、螺母4组成。塑料保护套与B+螺杆组合件1通过注塑工艺形成一体。在螺杆上装有导电片2、平垫圈3、螺母4，在螺纹根部圆柱部分设有一环形凸台5。导电片2通过平垫圈3和螺母4紧固与螺杆环形凸台5平面形成刚性连接。

1、一种汽车整流器的B+输出螺杆结构，由B+螺杆组合件、导电片、螺母组成。其特征是：塑料保护套与B+螺杆通过注塑工艺形成一体，在螺杆上装有导电片、平垫圈、螺母，在螺纹根部圆柱部分设有一环形凸台；导电片通过平垫圈和螺母紧固与螺杆环形凸台平面形成刚性连接。
