Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种可卷包装床垫，属床垫的制造技术领域。
背景技术
现有以钢丝弹簧为床芯的床垫，在床垫市场上占有相当大的部分，近乎于一统天下。它的存在确实有其自身的特点：首先，其弹性好，能够提供给人们以舒适的睡眠，较传统的木质硬板床有很大的提高。其次，以弹簧为床芯的床垫经久耐用，满足了人们对床垫长期使用的需求。但是，弹簧床垫也有自身的缺陷。因为，弹簧本身用钢丝制作而成，这样以来，不但加重了床垫本身重量，而且给床垫在运输、销售过程中带来了不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种设计合理，运输和使用方便的可卷包装床垫。
本实用新型为可卷包装床垫，包括外包覆有面料的软体床芯，其特征在于软体床芯连同面料为卷筒式结构。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有以下突出优点和积极效果：
1、摒弃传统床垫的弹簧床垫结构，大大减轻了床垫本身的重量，使该产品更具便携性，给产品的运输和销售过程带来了便利。
2、结构设计简洁明了，在不影响原有床垫使用功能的前提下，简化了生产工艺，提高了生产效率。
3、以乳胶、海绵等为材料的软体床芯代替弹簧床芯，也节省了成本，且同样具有弹簧床芯的特征和性能。

具体实施方式
本实用新型主要由外包覆有面料1的软体床芯2等构成，软体床芯2连同面料1为卷筒式3结构。
生产时只需要将乳胶、海绵等软体床芯2套于面料1内即可。在运输过程中，则可以按附图1所示成卷筒式3结构，既节省了空间，也相应减少了费用。此外，在销售过程中，也可让消费者直接将卷筒式3结构的床垫带回家，减去了不必要的送货上门服务。
