本实用新型涉及一种高压矿用软电缆,尤其是用于11kv的高电压的高压矿用屏蔽粗钢丝绕包加强型橡套软电缆。
背景技术
在矿用电缆MT818-1999标准中,最高额定电压为6kV,钢丝绕包加强型橡套软电缆,采用是直径0.4mm及以下细钢丝绕包加强,电缆的整体承受的拉力较小,电缆的额定工作电压低,并且现有电缆稳定性差,整体抗拉强度低,电缆的使用寿命短。
发明内容
本实用新型是针对现有高压矿用电缆的不足,提供一种结构简单,稳定性强的高压矿用屏蔽粗钢丝绕包加强型橡套软电缆。
本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种高压矿用屏蔽粗钢丝绕包加强型橡套软电缆,包括线芯导体、绝缘层和内、外护套,所述线芯导体的外部设有内屏蔽层,包裹在该内屏蔽层外的绝缘层,其外层亦设有外屏蔽层;所述线芯导体两两间夹有地线芯导体,该地线芯导体外层设有半导电层,线芯之间填满胶芯;所述内、外护套之间设有钢丝编织层。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型大大降低了电缆在高电场强度的作用下对电缆的绝缘损耗,均衡电场,避免电缆在使用时发生绝缘击穿;提高了电缆的稳定性和电缆整体的抗拉强度,延长高压矿用电缆的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
参见附图,本实施例中,所述线芯导体1为三根,其外部紧密包裹有内屏蔽层2,绝缘层3包裹在该内屏蔽层2的外部,绝缘层3的外层亦包裹有外屏蔽层4,以降低电缆在高电场强度的作用下对电缆的绝缘层3的损耗,避免电缆在使用时发生绝缘击穿的现象。
所述线芯导体1两两之间紧紧贴夹有一地线芯导体5,该地线芯导体5的外层设有半导电层6,线芯导体1和地线芯导体5紧密贴合。其内部填满胶芯7,故该胶心7形成马鞍状结构,保证电缆整体结构的稳定性,使得绝缘线芯在外力作用下不易发生位移。
所述内护套8和外护套10之间设有钢丝编织层9,该钢丝编织层9均由直径为1.25mm的粗钢丝绕制而成,以提高电缆整体的抗拉强度。

1、一种高压矿用屏蔽粗钢丝绕包加强型橡套软电缆,包括线芯导体、绝缘层和内、外护套,其特征在于,所述线芯导体的外部设有内屏蔽层,包裹在该内屏蔽层外的绝缘层,其外层亦设有外屏蔽层;所述线芯导体两两间夹有地线芯导体,该地线芯导体外层设有半导电层,线芯之间填满胶芯;所述内、外护套之间设有钢丝编织层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的高压矿用屏蔽粗钢丝绕包加强型橡套软电缆,其特征在于,所述胶芯呈马鞍状结构。
