Abstract

一种粉碎机式耕整机，包括后方有操作杆的机架，机架中部装有柴油机及减速箱，减速箱输出轴通过链条或履带带动位于机架下方中央的齿式滚轮或单履带行走装置。机架前方有耕整罩，耕整罩两侧分别经上、下支承杆固定在机架上，耕整罩内安有粉碎机式滚轴，粉碎机式滚轴上交错均匀地铰接有活动滚刀。柴油机主传动轴伸出机架的外端上装有伞齿轮，通过轴承固定在机架上的传动杆后端伞齿轮与柴油机主传动轴外端伞齿轮啮合，传动杆前端伞齿轮与粉碎机式滚轴外端伞齿轮啮合。本实用新型能一次性完成耕整作业，省力省工，且操作方便，转向容易。

一种耕整农田用的农业机械。
背景技术
现有的各种耕整机是机架左、右两侧都装有齿式滚轮或履带轮，存在转向不灵活的缺陷。此外，其犁刀是固定安装的，只能将一块块泥土翻转过来，不会使泥土粉碎，因此还需要用耙来耙平泥土，即耕整要分两次进行，先犁后耙。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种粉碎机式耕整地，做到犁耙一次完成，且转向灵活。
本实用新型包括后方有操作杆的机架，机架中部装有柴油机及减速箱，改进之处在于减速箱输出轴通过链条或履带带动位于机架下方中央的齿式滚轮或单履带行走装置；机架前方有耕整罩，耕整罩两侧分别经上、下支承杆固定在机架上，耕整罩内安有粉碎机式滚轴，粉碎机式滚轴上交错均匀地铰接有活动滚刀。柴油机主传动轴伸出机架的外端上装有伞齿轮，通过轴承固定在机架上的传动杆后端伞齿轮与柴油机主传动轴外端伞齿轮啮合，传动杆前端伞齿轮与粉碎机式滚轴外端伞齿轮啮合。
工作原理如下：柴油机主轴旋转，经减速箱带动齿式滚轮或履带转动，驱使整机前行。与之同时，柴油机主传动轴旋转，经伞齿轮传动带动粉碎机式滚轴高速旋转，高速旋转的活动滚刀在旋转力和离心力的双重作用下，释放极大的动能，将泥土粉碎。
与已有技术相比，本实用新型有下列特点：
1、由于只有位于机架下部中央的一个齿式滚轮或单履带行走装置，因此转向容易，操作方便。
2、由于能将泥土粉碎，因此能一次性完成耕整作业，省力省工。

具体实施方式
实旋例一，本实用新型包括后方有操作杆的机架1，机架1中部装有柴油机2及减速箱3，不同之处在于减速箱3输出轴通过链条带动位于机架1下方中央的齿式滚轮4；机架1前方有耕整罩5，耕整罩5两侧分别经上、下支承杆11、12固定在机架1上，耕整罩5内安有粉碎机式滚轴7，粉碎机式滚轴7上交错均匀地铰接有活动滚刀8；柴油机2主传动轴伸出机架1的外端上装有伞齿轮21，通过轴承固定在机架1上的传动杆后端伞齿轮61与柴油机2主传动轴外端伞齿轮啮合，传动杆6前端伞齿轮62与粉碎机式滚轴7外端伞齿轮71啮合。
实施例二
本例与实施例一基本相同，不同的是减速箱3输出轴通过履带带动位于机架1下方中央的单履带行走装置。

1、一种粉碎机式耕整机，包括后方有操作杆的机架(1)，机架(1)中部装有柴油机(2)及减速箱(3)，其特征在于减速箱(3)输出轴通过链条或履带带动位于机架(1)下方中央的齿式滚轮(4)或单履带行走装置，机架(1)前方有耕整罩(5)，耕整罩(5)两侧分别经上、下支承杆(11、12)固定在机架(1)上，耕整罩(5)内安有粉碎机式滚轴(7)，粉碎机式滚轴(7)上交错均匀地铰接有活动滚刀(8)；柴油机(2)主传动轴伸出机架(1)的外端上装有伞齿轮(21)，通过轴承固定在机架(1)上的传动杆(6)后端伞齿轮(61)与柴油机(2)主传动轴外端伞齿轮(21)啮合，传动杆(6)前端伞齿轮(62)与粉碎机式滚轴(7)外端伞齿轮(71)啮合。
