技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电容器铝壳,具体是带有壁部防爆装置的筒形铝壳。
背景技术
采用普通铝壳的铝电解液电容器由于其优越的性能仍然在许多领域得到应用。但在使用过程中若瞬间通过大电流,普通铝电解液电容器很容易爆炸。为此,现有的电容器通常在筒形铝壳的底部制有防爆槽,使其成为应力集中区域;当电容器内部压力增大时,首先让防爆槽开裂释放(电解液)压力,从而显著减小了电解液的喷洒范围。然而防爆槽设在铝壳的底部,使用时若防爆槽开裂,电容器内的芯包容易炸飞出来造成事故,电解液的喷洒也仍然会对上层(或下层)的其它电容器及电器元件产生影响,仍旧有较大的波及面。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种筒形电容器铝壳的改进,该铝壳应具有防爆槽位置设置合理、防爆槽开裂时的波及面较小的特点。
本实用新型提出的技术方案是:一种壁部防爆的筒形电容器铝壳,筒壁上设置有防爆槽,防爆槽设置在铝壳的圆周面上且靠近铝壳底部位。
所述的防爆槽的纵向中心线与筒形铝壳的轴线平行。
由于本实用新型在圆周面上设置了防爆槽;因此电容器进行固定时能够把其底部连接在所配置的设备上,这样就可以稳定地工作在震动环境中而不致损坏;另外,工作时若由于内部压力增大使得防爆槽开裂时,电容器内的芯包不会炸飞出来,避免了事故发生,电解液的喷洒范围也仅局限于与该电容同一层元器件,这就使得所波及的范围大大减小,清理修复工作也自然简单容易得多。

具体实施方式
如图所示:该壁部防爆的筒形电容器铝壳1,其顶端为敞口,铝壳筒壁的圆周面上设置有防爆槽2;该防爆槽经冲压形成,外部显示是长条的凹槽(凹槽处的筒壁不得破损)。防爆槽的宽度、长度和深度可根据需要确定;一般的,防爆槽的纵向中心线应当与圆周面的母线(或者筒形铝壳的轴线)平行,并且防爆槽应当尽量靠近筒底部位。
图3实施例与图1实施例比较,不同点仪在于靠近敞口部位制有一圈缩颈3(按电容器工艺设计要求制作);其余部位完全与图1实施例类似。

1、一种壁部防爆的筒形电容器铝壳,筒壁上设置有防爆槽(2),其特征在于所述的防爆槽设置在铝壳的圆周面上且靠近铝壳底部位。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种壁部防爆的筒形电容器铝壳,其特征在于所述的防爆槽(2)的纵向中心线与筒形铝壳的轴线平行。
