Description
全封闭电池箱技术领域本实用新型涉及一种用于电动车辆的电池壳体,具体是一种全封闭电 池箱。 背景技术目前,电动车辆的电池一般是通过将成组排列的原电池安装在壳体中; 壳体由多个零件拼接、焊接而成的开放式框架结构,它的加工工艺要求较 高,加工成本高;壳体固定在车身上。通过电极或连接柱互相连接来给车 辆提供电力。它的防尘、防水只能依靠车体本身的结构和与壳体结合部的 密封元件来实现,壳体内有通风系统与大气相连,依靠通风系统中的过滤 元件来防尘。因为通风系统处于壳体内,其体积较大、结构复杂。车辆行驶在扬尘 天气和较多尘土路段时;过滤元件容易堵塞,造成通风能力迅速下降,影 响电池散热。电池防尘、防水效果不佳,如遇到涉水路段将导致箱体壳体 内进水造成损坏。当然,还有更加简单的方法,如直接将电池固定在车体上,用以给车 辆供电。如各种小型的电动自行车、三轮车。不过这种方法显然不能适应 大功率、高安全、高可靠的较大型车辆的需要。 发明内容本实用新型的目的在于:克服上述的不足,提供一种全封闭电池箱,
它具有结构简单、加工制造方便、成本低廉,简化电池结构,加强了对电 池的保护,改善电池的工况,保证电池组正常工作。本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的: 一种全封闭电池箱,包括:箱 体,在箱体内设置电池组,在箱体的封头两端分别设置管理端及电极端, 在电极端设置连接柱,所述的箱体由上壳体与下壳体通过法兰盘螺纹连接 为全封闭腔体。所述的上壳体的表面设置散热翅片。所述的箱体内设置通风管道。所述的下壳体的中间设置凸缘,电池组由凸缘定位固定。 所述的箱体内壁与电池组之间腔体设置惰性气体。 所述的箱体内壁与电池组之间腔体设置导热、绝缘的油料。 所述的在箱体外部设置风扇。所述的电池通过连接板连接,再通过连接板-输出端至连接柱,电池、 连接板、连接板-输出端、连接柱与箱体绝缘。本实用新型具有以下优点:1、结构简单、加工制造方便、成本低廉; 2、将电池或电池组安装在密闭箱内,使得外部水、灰尘、有害气体不能接 近电池以及连接线,外部仅有连接柱的电极露出;提高了对电池的保护能 力;电池、导线、连接柱与箱壳体件绝缘。壳体采用导热能力较好的材料 制造,在箱壳体上设置散热翅片,提高了箱壳体的散热效果,电池工作时 产生的热量通过壳体尽快散发到大气中。加强了对电池的保护,改善电池 的工况,保证电池组正常工作;3、在壳体内充入惰性气体或导热、绝缘的 油料以减缓壳体内零件的氧化。
附图说明图l是本实用新型结构示意图;图2是设置通风管道实施结构示意图;图3是图1的B向结构示意图;图4是图2散热翅D部放大结构示意图; 图5是图2中下壳体凸缘C部放大结构示意图; 图6是图2的E-E剖视图。 具体实施方式实施例1一种全封闭电池箱,如图1所示,它包括:箱体,在箱体内设置电池组2,在箱体的封头两端分别设置管理端4及电极端5,在电极端5设置连接柱IO,其特征在于:所述的箱体由上壳体3与下壳体1通过法兰盘螺纹连接;所述的上壳体3的表面设置散热翅片301。所述的下壳体1的中间设置凸缘101,电池组2由凸缘101定位固定。 所述的箱体内与电池组2之间设置惰性气体(如氩气、氮气),或导热、绝缘的油料。所述的电池2通过连接板8连接,再通过连接板-输出端7至连接柱10, 所述的电池2、连接板8、连接板-输出端7及连接柱10通过绝缘垫9与箱 体绝缘。上述结构中,上下壳体采用良好导热性能的铝及铝合金制造,可以使 其散热性能较好。其上下壳体的结合部位涂有密封胶及密封垫以加强密封 能力。
在上述结构中,在壳体零件的内表面加工成为较深的颜色或黑色,以 提高壳体内表面的吸热能力。在上述结构中,单个壳体内装入电池组的输出电压不高于安全电压36V。本实施例有以下优点:1、结构简单、加工制造方便、成本低廉;2、 将电池或电池组安装在密闭箱内,使得外部水、灰尘、有害气体不能接近 电池以及连接线,外部仅有连接柱的电极露出;提高了对电池的保护能力; 电池、导线、连接柱与箱壳体件绝缘。壳体采用导热能力较好的材料制造, 在箱壳体上设置散热翅片,提高了箱壳体的散热效果,电池工作时产生的 热量通过壳体尽快散发到大气中。加强了对电池的保护,改善电池的工况, 保证电池组正常工作;3、在壳体内充入惰性气体(如氩气、氮气),以减 缓壳体内零件的氧化。 实施例2在箱体内设置内通风管道的全封闭电池箱,如图2、 6所示,其结构基 本与实施例1相同,不同之处在于:在箱体外部安装散热风扇、风机等。 以强化电池箱的散热性能,在箱体内设置通风管道601,散热风扇、风机等 的风管与箱体内通风管道601连通。本实施例用于多电池组的大功率的全封闭电池箱。在使用中,在箱体 外部的散热风装置:如风扇、风机等。以强化电池箱的散热性能。从而, 保证电池组正常安全工作。
