Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种低压民用LED照明灯,包括灯罩、连接在灯罩后部的外壳,外壳内设焊接在电路板上的二极发光体管和铝合金散热片,在二极发光体管与电源接线端设有集整流和变压为一体的恒流变压芯片。本实用新型把整流电路和变压电路集成为单个芯片,与整个光源组合成一体,更加小巧和高效。

本实用新型涉及一种低压民用LED照明灯。
背景技术
LED是发光二极管的简称。目前,以LED作为发光源的照明灯具得到了大量应用。由于LED使用的是低压直流电,而通常的照明供电是220V的交流电,这就需要一个整流电路把交流电变为直流电,同时也需要通过变压电路把220V的电压降为相应的低电压,以提供恒流低压电源。现在的整流电路和变压电路是分设的,造成LED灯体积较大,使用效果也不好。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种低压民用LED照明灯,小巧且使用效果好,适用于多种工作环境。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种低压民用LED照明灯,包括灯罩、连接在灯罩后部的的外壳,外壳内设焊接在电路板上的二极发光体管和铝合金散热片,其特征在于:在二极发光体管与电源接线端设有集整流和变压为一体的恒流变压芯片。
作为优选,所述恒流变压芯片输出的直流电源为1~36V。
作为改进,所述铝合金散热片固定在外壳上,分布于所述恒流变压芯片外及所述二极发光体管电路板后。
本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案,把整流电路和变压电路集成为单个芯片,与整个光源组合成一体,更加小巧和高效。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,为本实用新型一种低压民用LED照明灯实施例,包括灯罩1、连接在灯罩后部的的外壳2,外壳内设焊接在电路板6上的二极发光体管7和铝合金散热片5,外壳后部连接有螺纹接口3。其中二极发光体管7均匀焊接在电路板上6上,二极发光体管电路板6后方设有集整流和变压为一体的恒流变压芯片4,其一端与电源接线端电连接,另一端和二极发光体管电连接。所述铝合金散热片5分布于恒流变压芯片4外及所述二极发光体管电路板6后并固定在外壳2上。前端灯罩1采用透明的阻燃塑料,便于光的发散,灯罩后部的外壳2为阻燃塑料,所述恒流变压芯片输出的直流电源为1~36V。

1、一种低压民用LED照明灯,包括灯罩(1)、连接在灯罩后部的的外壳(2)、外壳内设焊接在电路板(6)上的二极发光体管(7)和铝合金散热片(5),其特征在于:在二极发光体管(7)与电源接线端设有集整流和变压为一体的恒流变压芯片(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的低压民用LED照明灯,其特征在于:所述恒流变压芯片(4)输出的直流电源为1~36V。
3、根据权利要求1所述的低压民用LED照明灯,其特征在于:所述铝合金散热片(5)固定在外壳(2)上,分布于所述恒流变压芯片(4)外及所述二极发光体管电路板(6)后。
