Abstract

一种射频同轴连接器,其包括金属壳体、设置于金属壳体内的绝缘体、设置于金属壳体一端的绝缘壳体、及固持于绝缘体内的中心端子,所述金属壳体上设有连接通孔,所述绝缘体与绝缘壳体一体成型于金属壳体上并通过连接通孔连接在一起。采用本实用新型射频同轴连接器,因为直接将绝缘壳体与绝缘体一起一体成型在金属壳体上,所以生产步骤少、生产成本低。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种射频同轴连接器,尤其是关于该射频同轴连接器的金属壳体与绝缘体的结构。
【背景技术】
中国专利公开第CN1835299号揭示了一种射频同轴连接器,其包括金属壳体、收容于金属壳体内的绝缘体、收容于绝缘体内的中心导体、及一体成型于金属壳体一端的绝缘壳体。
现有技术中绝缘体需要单独制造出来,再组装到金属壳体内,从而生产步骤较多,进而使得生产成本较高。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种射频同轴连接器,其可以减少生产步骤。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种射频同轴连接器,其包括金属壳体、设置于金属壳体内的绝缘体、设置于金属壳体一端的绝缘壳体、及固持于绝缘体内的中心端子,所述金属壳体上设有连接通孔,所述绝缘体与绝缘壳体一起一体成型于金属壳体上并通过连接通孔连接在一起。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型射频同轴连接器在金属壳体上开设有连接通孔,从而可以将绝缘壳体与绝缘体一起一体成型于金属壳体,从而减少了绝缘体单独生产及组装的步骤。

【具体实施方式】
如图1至4所示,符合本实用新型的第一实施例的射频同轴连接器100,所述射频同轴连接器100可与线缆200相电性连接,所述射频同轴连接器100包括金属壳体10、设置于金属壳体10内的绝缘体20、收容于绝缘体20内的中心端子30、及设置于金属壳体10一端的绝缘壳体40。
所述金属壳体10是车削或者铸造成型的圆筒,所述金属壳体10设有供对接连接器(未图示)插入的对接口11,所述金属壳体10的一端的外表面设有螺纹12,所述射频同轴连接器100可以通过螺纹13与对接连器相机械及电性连接。当然金属壳体10的外表面上还可以设置成凸块(未图示)用以与对接连接器卡持连接。或者金属壳体10直接与对接连接器直接插拔等连接方式。在本实施例中,金属壳体10设有与对接口11相对应的并与金属壳体10一体的底壁13,所述底壁13上开设有一中心通孔14及分布于中心通孔14周边的连接通孔15。
所述线缆200包括中心导线201、包覆于中心导线201外侧的绝缘层202、包覆于绝缘层202外侧的导电编织层203、及包覆于导电编织层203外的外壳204。
所述线缆200穿过金属壳体10的底壁13上的中心通孔14,所述线缆200的中心导线201与中心端子30相电性连接,所述导电编织层203与底壁13实现电性连接。
所述绝缘体20与绝缘壳体40一起一体成型于金属壳体10上,所述绝缘体20与绝缘壳体40通过金属壳体10上的底壁13上的连接通孔15连接成一体。
所述绝缘壳体40上设有连接部41及法兰部42,所述射频同轴连接器100可以通过法兰部42连接到外部设备(未图示)上。
如图5至7所示,符合本实用新型的第二实施例的射频同轴连接器300,其与第一实施例基本相同,主要不同在于金属壳体10相对对接口11设置的是一尾口301,金属壳体10还包括一圆柱形挡块302,该圆柱形挡块302可通过尾口301干涉配合在金属壳体10内,所述圆柱形挡块302设有一个中心通孔14及分布于中心通孔14周边的连接通孔15。
所述线缆200穿过挡块302上的中心通孔14,所述线缆200的中心导线201与中心端子30相电性连接,所述导电编织层203通过挡块302连接至金属壳体10。
所述绝缘体20与绝缘壳体40一体成型于金属壳体10上,所述绝缘体20与绝缘壳体40通过金属壳体10的挡块302上的连接通孔15连接成一体。
如图8至10所示,符合本实用新型的第三实施例的射频同轴连接器400,其与第二实施例基本相同,主要不同在于金属壳体10靠近尾口301的一端侧壁上开设有连接通孔15,挡块302上开设有一个中心通孔14,当然挡块302上也可以开设有连接通孔(未图示)。
所述线缆200穿过挡块302上的中心通孔14,所述线缆200的中心导线201与中心端子30相电性连接,所述导电编织层203通过中心通孔挡块302连接至金属壳体10。
所述绝缘体20与绝缘壳体40一体成型于金属壳体10上,所述绝缘体20与绝缘壳体40通过金属壳体10上的连接通孔15或者加上挡块302上的连接通孔连接成一体。
采用本实用新型射频同轴连接器100,300,400,因为直接将绝缘壳体40与绝缘体20一起一体成型在金属壳体10上,所以生产步骤少、生产成本低。

Claims (9)

  1. 【权利要求1】一种射频同轴连接器,其包括金属壳体、设置于金属壳体内的绝缘体、设置于金属壳体一端的绝缘壳体、及固持于绝缘体内的中心端子,其特征在于:所述金属壳体上设有连接通孔,所述绝缘体与绝缘壳体一起一体成型于金属壳体上并通过连接通孔连接在一起。
  2. 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述金属壳体是圆筒形,所述连接通孔设置在金属壳体的侧壁上。
  3. 【权利要求3】如权利要求2所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述金属壳体设有供对接连接器插入的对接口及与对接口相对的尾口,金属壳体还设有挡块,所述挡块通过尾口干涉配合在金属壳体内。
  4. 【权利要求4】如权利要求3所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述射频同轴连接器可与线缆连接,所述线缆设有中心导线及屏蔽编织层,所述挡块上设有中心通孔,中心导线通过所述中心通孔与中心端子电性连接,所述屏蔽编织通过挡块连接至金属壳体。
  5. 【权利要求5】如权利要求1所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述金属壳体设有供对接连接器插入的对接口及与对接口相对的底壁,所述连接通孔设置在底壁上。
  6. 【权利要求6】如权利要求5所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述射频同轴连接器可与线缆连接,所述底壁上还设有中心通孔,可以使得线缆能够通过所述中心通孔与中心端子电性连接,所述线缆与底壁实现接地连接。
  7. 【权利要求7】如权利要求1所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述金属壳体是车削或者铸造制成。
  8. 【权利要求8】如权利要求1所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘壳体上设有法兰部,所述射频同轴连接器可通过法兰部安装到外部设备上。
  9. 【权利要求9】如权利要求1所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述射频同轴连接器通过金属壳体与对接连接器实现机械及电性连接。
