本实用新型公开一种不等接触角四点滚动轴承,内圈(1)上的左滚道(3)接触点A和右滚道(9)接触点B与滚动体(6)的旋转中心点K形成双接触角B1,双外圈(2)上的左滚道(4)接触点D和右滚道(10)接触点C与滚动体(6)的旋转中心点K形成双接触角B2,两个双接触角B1和B2是不相等的,当内圈(1)为活动时B1为40度~90度,B2为90度~160度;当内圈(1)为固定时B1为90度~160度,B2为40度~90度;并且内圈(1)与双外圈(2)上的两个双接触角B1和B2的角度差为20度~140度。由于两个双接触角B1和B2是不相等的,则可以保证减少保持架的转速,并由此减少或增加轴承的转速,而不会改变作用在滚动体上的离心力,大大降低了轴承的磨损程度,延长轴承的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种滚动轴承,尤其是一种不等接触角四点滚动轴承。
背景技术:
目前使用的双接触角四点滚动轴承,大多都是两个双接触角相等,虽然对滚动轴承的耐冲击性及传动的可靠性有了一定的改善,但因其角度值小,而且角度范围窄,对离心力没有明显的减少,特别是在高速运转条件下,接触点使是滚动体同未加载的一面滚道做周期性轻接触,也可能引起滚道或滚动体的损坏,并产生作用在保持架上的附加力使摩擦力加大,导致轴承损坏程度加快。
发明内容:
本实用新型针对现有技术的上述不足,提供一种能够减小摩擦力,延长轴承使用寿命的不等接触角四点滚动轴承。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种不等接触角四点滚动轴承,设有内圈、双外圈,在内圈与双外圈之间设置保持架,在保持架内设置滚动体,在内圈上对称地设置有左滚道和右滚道,在双外圈上对称地设置有左滚道和右滚道,内圈上的左滚道、右滚道及双外圈上的左滚道、右滚道形成的整体滚道构成滚动体的四点滚动接触滚道,内圈上的左滚道接触点A和右滚道接触点B与滚动体的旋转中心点K形成双接触角B1,双外圈上的左滚道接触点D和右滚道接触点C与滚动体的旋转中心点K形成双接触角B2,两个双接触角B1和B2是不相等的,当内圈为活动时B1为40度~90度,B2为90度~160度;当内圈为固定时B1为90度~160度,B2为40度~90度;并且内圈与双外圈上的两个双接触角B1和B2的角度差为20度~140度。
在左滚道和右滚道之间的内圈上至少设置有一个通孔,在左滚道和右滚道之间的双外圈上至少设置有一个通孔,以保证有效地将润滑油引向滚动体与滚道接触的位置及滚动体与保持架接触的位置,还可将多余润滑油导出。
本实用新型的有益效果是由于两个双接触角B1和B2是不相等的,则可以保证减少保持架的转速,并由此减少或增加轴承的转速,而不会改变作用在滚动体上的离心力,大大降低了轴承的磨损程度,延长轴承的使用寿命。

一种不等接触角四点滚动轴承,设有内圈1、双外圈2,在内圈1与双外圈2之间设置保持架5,在保持架5内设置滚动体6,在内圈1上对称地设置有左滚道3和右滚道9,在双外圈2上对称地设置有左滚道4和右滚道10,内圈1上的左滚道3、右滚道9及双外圈2上的左滚道4、右滚道10形成的整体滚道构成滚动体6的四点滚动接触滚道,其特征在于:内圈1上的左滚道3接触点A和右滚道9接触点B与滚动体6的旋转中心点K形成双接触角B1,双外圈2上的左滚道4接触点D和右滚道10接触点C与滚动体6的旋转中心点K形成双接触角B2,两个双接触角B1和B2是不相等的,当内圈1为活动时B1为40度~90度,B2为90度~160度;当内圈1为固定时B1为90度~160度,B2为40度~90度;并且内圈1与双外圈2上的两个双接触角B1和B2的角度差为20度~140度。在左滚道3和右滚道9之间的内圈1上设置有一个通孔7,在左滚道4和右滚道10之间的双外圈2上设置有一个通孔8。
当内圈1为活动时,双外圈2上的左滚道4和右滚道10与滚动体6接触在C、D两点上,C、D两点与滚动体6的旋转中心点K布局成B2为160度,内圈1上的左滚道3和右滚道9与滚动体6接触在A、B两点上,A、B两点与滚动体6的旋转中心点K布局成B1为40度时,保持架的旋转速度降低80%,内圈1的旋转速度提高1.5倍,而作用在滚动体6上的离心力相同。
