Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种绣花植绒装饰布。目的是克服现有植绒面料和绣花布中各自存在的缺点，集植绒面料和绣花布的优点，提供一种工艺简单、制造方便、立体感强，档次高的绣花植绒装饰布。它包括植绒面料，其特征是在所述植绒面料上面的局部位置上制有绣花层。该实用新型的优点是在植绒面料上绣制图案，使得该面料有更强的立体感，在没有绣花的位置也有很好的呢绒感，是一种现代技术与传统工艺的结合，产品也从普通的日用品提升到工艺品，具有很好的经济效益和广阔的市场前景。

本实用新型属于一种装饰布，更具体地说涉及一种将绒毛通过静电植绒方式与经编织物相粘接的绣花植绒装饰布。
背景技术
植绒面料是近几年出现的一种新型面料，广泛运用于装饰服装鞋业宾馆等，可用做沙发布、装饰布、窗帘、服装等。一般的植绒面料是在基布上涂有粘合剂，根据植绒面料的图案通过静电吸附有一种或多种颜色的绒毛，并与粘合剂粘结，经后处理后成带图案或不带图案的植绒面料。是近代新出现的一种布料的加工工艺。其特点具有呢绒感，感觉高档，有一定的立体感。绣花是中华民族传统的手工艺，随着科学技术的发展，机绣代替了传统的手工绣，使得绣花能大批量工业化生产，其产品具有立体感强，色彩艳丽，而且仍然保持着手工绣的特点和风格，但一般的绣花布是在普通的平纹布上绣制，在无绣花的区域就显得平板、单调，缺少华丽和高雅。

本实用新型克服了现有植绒面料和绣花布中各自存在的缺点，集植绒面料和绣花布的优点，提供一种工艺简单、制造方便、立体感强，档次高的绣花植绒装饰布。
