本实用新型提供了提供一种水泵叶片调节机构,解决了排水灌溉时因提水泵站造成的水源污染问题,它包括转轮、主轴、操作杆、操作架、叶片连杆、叶片转臂和液压传动系统;所述液压传动系统包括有接力器和电机轴,接力器包括有活塞和接力器缸;所述操作杆一端与活塞连接,另一端穿过主轴的中心孔与操作架连接,操作架与叶片连杆连接,叶片连杆与叶片转臂连接,操作架、叶片连杆和叶片转臂均安装在转轮体上;所述接力器安装在主轴与电机轴之间。有益效果:本实用新型将接力器安装于水泵主轴与电机轴之间,使得液压油即使泄漏,也不可能接触到水源,而且转轮体内部轴承均采用无油润滑,从而从根本上杜绝污染源。

本实用新型涉及一种水泵叶片调节机构。
背景技术
在现有技术中,叶片调节系统中用的接力器设在转轮的转轮体上,而调节系统使用的是液压调节,使得转轮内部有高压油的存在,因而易造成泄漏,污染水源。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种水泵叶片调节机构,解决了排水灌溉时因提水泵站造成的水源污染问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种水泵叶片调节机构,包括转轮、主轴、操作杆、操作架、叶片连杆、叶片转臂和液压传动系统;
所述液压传动系统包括有接力器和电机轴,接力器包括有活塞和接力器缸;
所述操作杆一端与活塞连接,另一端穿过主轴的中心孔与操作架连接,操作架与叶片连杆连接,叶片连杆与叶片转臂连接,操作架、叶片连杆和叶片转臂均安装在转轮体上;
所述接力器安装在主轴与电机轴之间。
所述液压传动系统中的压力油最好为高压油,可以减小接力器的体积和重量,使得系统更加稳定。
所述转轮体内的轴承最好采用无油润滑轴承,避免污染水源。
有益效果:本实用新型将接力器安装于水泵主轴与电机轴之间,使得液压油即使泄漏,也不可能接触到水源,而且转轮体内部轴承均采用无油润滑,从而从根本上杜绝污染源。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步的说明:
如图1、2、3和4所示,一种水泵叶片调节机构,包括转轮1、主轴2、操作杆3、操作架4、叶片连杆5、叶片转臂6和液压传动系统7;所述液压传动系统7包括有接力器8和电机轴9,接力器8包括有活塞10和接力器缸11;所述操作杆3一端与活塞10连接,另一端穿过主轴2的中心孔与操作架4连接,操作架4与叶片连杆5连接,叶片连杆5与叶片转臂6连接,操作架4、叶片连杆5和叶片转臂6均安装在转轮1的转轮体;所述接力器8安装在主轴2与电机轴9之间。所述液压传动系统7中的压力油为高压油,所述转轮1内的轴承12采用无油润滑轴承。
当液压传动系统7中活塞10上下运动时,驱动操作杆3运动,再通过操作架4、叶片连杆5和叶片转臂6的联动,达到调节叶片13角度的目的。

1、一种水泵叶片调节机构,其特征在于:它包括转轮(1)、主轴(2)、操作杆(3)、操作架(4)、叶片连杆(5)、叶片转臂(6)和液压传动系统(7);
所述液压传动系统(7)包括有接力器(8)和电机轴(9),接力器(8)包括有活塞(10)和接力器缸(11);
所述操作杆(3)一端与活塞(10)连接,另一端穿过主轴(2)的中心孔与操作架(4)连接,操作架(4)与叶片连杆(5)连接,叶片连杆(5)与叶片转臂(6)连接,操作架(4)、叶片连杆(5)和叶片转臂(6)均安装在转轮(1)上;
所述接力器(8)安装在主轴(2)与电机轴(9)之间。
2、根据权利要求1所述的水泵叶片调节机构,其特征在于:所述液压传动系统(7)中的压力油为高压油。
3、根据权利要求1所述的水泵叶片调节机构,其特征在于:所述转轮(1)内的轴承(12)采用无油润滑轴承。
