本实用新型包括铅笔，所采用的技术方案是：两支等长的铅笔在其尾端各设有一个相对应扁圆体，两个扁圆体采用铰轴连接在一起。
本实用新型由于将两支等长的铅笔采用铰轴连接在一起，可在铅笔形成垂直时作为铅笔写字使用，相互合拢即可作为圆规使用，解决了现在铅笔和圆规各自单一不便使用和携带的问题。
