本实用新型公开了一种极限热效率锅炉,炉体内部设置换热室和燃烧室,换热室内设置回转形吸热管,吸热管内充满需要加热的水,吸热管下部空间充满中间介质水;燃烧室置于中间介质水中,燃烧室的一端与燃烧器相连接。炉体上端设置真空压力控制器,换热室内设置的吸热管为超导热管,燃烧室内竖直设置若干根加热管分别与中间介质水相连通。本实用新型锅炉,利用燃油或燃气加热中间介质水,在真空状态下沸腾。中间介质水沸腾后产生的蒸汽再加热吸热管内的循环水,从而向外界提供采暖用热水。本实用新型设置一真空压力控制器,起超压安全保护和密闭形成真空双重作用。本实用新型锅炉具有不爆炸、不结垢、不腐蚀的特点,在真空状态下安全运行,可靠平稳,热效率高。

本实用新型涉及一种用于原油管道输送加热、油井用水加热、采暖等的加热炉,具体涉及一种相变燃油、燃气真空加热炉。
背景技术
真空加热锅炉,是一种整体在运行过程中承受负压的锅炉,是将燃烧介质在燃烧器内充分燃烧后,将热量传递给锅炉内的水,水受热沸腾产生蒸汽,蒸汽与低温的换热管换热,并将热量传递给换热器内流动的工质。现有真空加热锅炉,燃烧室内升温较慢,在运行过程中漏入的不凝结气体无法排出,而锅炉内不凝结气体的存在,不但会导致氧蚀的发生,对冷凝换热的影响也非常严重。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种极限热效率锅炉,提高锅炉升温迅速,提高热效率,排除锅炉内不凝结气体,确保锅炉常压。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种极限热效率锅炉,炉体内部设置换热室和燃烧室,换热室内设置回转形吸热管,吸热管内充满需要加热的水,吸热管下部空间充满中间介质水;燃烧室置于中间介质水中,燃烧室的一端与燃烧器相连接。炉体上端设置真空压力控制器,换热室内设置的吸热管为超导热管,燃烧室内竖直设置若干根加热管分别与中间介质水相连通。
本实用新型锅炉,利用燃油或燃气加热中间介质水,在真空状态下沸腾。中间介质水沸腾后产生的蒸汽再加热吸热管内的循环水,从而向外界提供采暖用热水。本实用新型设置一真空压力控制器,具有正向导通,反向截止功能,起超压安全保护和密闭形成真空双重作用。本实用新型锅炉具有不爆炸、不结垢、不腐蚀的特点,在真空状态下安全运行,可靠平稳,热效率高。

如图1所示,本实用新型极限热效率锅炉,炉体内部设置换热室1和燃烧室2,换热室内设置回转形吸热管4,吸热管内充满需要加热的水,吸热管为超导热管,吸热管下部空间充满中间介质水;燃烧室置于中间介质水5中,燃烧室的一端与燃烧器7相连接,炉体上端设置真空压力控制器3,燃烧室内竖直设置若干根加热管6分别与中间介质水相连通。
