Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种铜铝复合结构金属罐体,属于有色金属制品技术领域。本实用新型是由铝管、进口铜管和出口铜管连接组成,所述的铝管为中段凸起、两端缩口的鼓形铝管;进口铜管和出口铜管的一端口处为圆锥面,铜管圆锥面的细直径部位的外径小于铝管缩口端内孔直径,而铜管圆锥面的粗直径部位的外径大于铝管缩口端内孔直径;进口铜管和出口铜管的圆锥面紧紧地插入鼓形铝管的缩口端内,形成铜铝管之间有一区间接触段。本实用新型结构简单、成本低廉、坚固可靠,完全可以确保产品质量。
Description
一种铜铝复合结构金属罐体 技术领域本实用新型涉及一种铜铝复合结构金属罐体,具体地讲,它是将铝管 加工成两端细、通过挤涨使中间凸起的罐体类结构形式,构成诸如蓄能器、 滤清器、过滤器、暂存罐、蓄能罐、储液器、消音器等功能元件的外壳结 构,通过将铜管加工成易于通过焊接形成牢固金属键连接的结构,并将铜 管和铝管两端的细口焊接在一起,从而形成一种铜铝复合结构金属罐体。 本实用新型属于有色金属制品技术领域。背景技术通常在设计制冷、液压等密闭管路系统元件时,需要考虑运行压力、 耐腐蚀等因素,所以选用的材料主要是铜或其他稀有金属。作为制冷密闭 管路系统常用的蓄能器、滤清器、过滤器、暂存饉、蓄能罐、储液器、消 音器等元件主要是由铜材制作。用制冷剂做载冷介质的循环管路系统中, 制冷效果与制冷剂的数量有关,若管路中存在制冷剂的渗漏将会影响制冷 效果,最终将会影响到制冷产品的工艺性能,因此,该罐体类容器本身的 抗压能力、与管路连接处的密封性都是十分重要的。现有制冷管路的该类金属罐体容器在制造时,将粗大的铜管按照设计 的长度在两端縮口后焊接到制冷管路上。由于全球范围铜资源接近枯竭, 而铝矿资源相对丰富,近几年铜价在不断上扬,促进了铝材代替铜材的技 术进步和相关产业的市场应用范围的扩大。另外,铜铝管焊接技术日趋完 善成熟,也为铝材代替铜材提供了坚实的技术支持。为降低现有该类金属 罐体容器的生产成本、节省稀有资源,有必要将由粗大的铜管制成的该罐 体类容器外壳改用铝管代替,然后通过特殊的加工工艺制作铜铝复合结构 的该类金属罐体容器。目前已有的专利文献披露的技术是采用高频焊接的 方式加工类似于该类金属罐体容器的铜铝复合结构产品,但是由于高频加 热所形成的焊缝是由脆性焊缝构成,脆性大,不能抵抗高压破坏,在压力 下结构易被破坏,在实践当中没有获得应用。发明内容本实用新型的目的就是为了克服和避免已有技术中存在的问题和缺 点,而提供一种全新的一种铜铝复合结构金属罐体。具体地讲就是用铝材替代大部分铜材以降低现有该类金属鏞体容器的生产成本;为提离铜铝复 合结构该类金属罐体容器焊缝的耐压强度,解决铜铝焊缝中的脆性焊缝的 脆性问题,本实用新型采用新的管件连接结构以及新的焊接方式,在不降 低该类金属罐体容器功能的基础上,提供一种全新的铜铝复合结构金属罐 体。本实用新型是采用以下技术措施来实现其目的的。一种铜铝复合结构金属罐体,它是由铝管、进口铜管和出口铜管连接 组成,所述的铝管为中段凸起、两端縮口的鼓形铝管;进口铜管和出口铜 管的一端口处为圆锥面,铜管圆锥面的细直径部位的外径小于铝管縮口端 内孔直径,而铜管圆锥面的粗直径部位的外径大于铝管縮口端内孔直径;进 口铜管和出口铜管的圆锥面紧紧地插入鼓形铝管的缩口端内,形成铜铝管 之间有一区间接触段。所述的铜铝管之间接触段的宽度为5至25毫米;更为优选的铜铝管之间接触段的宽度为5-15 mm。所述的铜管圆锥面的粗直径部位的外径大 于铝管縮口端内孔直径。本实用新型的一种特例在于所述的进口铜管为一根一段粗直径、 一段 细直径的同心异径铜管,粗直径与细直径之间的铜管外圆为圆锥面,该同 心异径铜管紧紧地插入鼓形铝管的縮口端内,该同心异径铜管的细直径部 位与鼓形铝管縮口端内孔为间隙配合,而出口铜管的外径和同心异径铜管 的粗直径部位外径与鼓形铝管缩口端内孔为过盈配合。而所述的同心异径 铜管插入鼓形铝管縮口端内的细直径管的側端面上开有减音孔。本实用新型结构简单、成本低廉、坚固可靠,完全可以确保产品质量。附图说明图l为本实用新型实施例的抗性消音器的完整结构剖视图; 图2为鼓形铝管剖视图; 图3为带有圆锥面的同心异径铜管剖视图; 图4为铜铝管接触区段边移动边加热焊接的连接示意图。 如图所示,其中l为出口铜接头;2为移动电极;3为陶瓷镶块;4为圆 锥面;5为固定电极;6为作为消音器外壳的铝管;7为铜制消音管即同心异 径铜管;8、 9分别为铝管的两縮口端;IO为铜铝管之间的接触段;ll为减 音孔;12为防腐用热縮管;Fl为顶推气缸的推进力;F为顶推模具气缸的力;M介质进口;入2介质出口。具体实施方式 下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。如图所示,一种铜铝复合结构金属罐体,它是由铝管6、进口铜管7和 出口铜管l连接组成,铝管6为中段凸起、两端縮口的鼓形铝管;进口铜 管7和出口铜管1的一端口处为圆锥面4,铜管圆锥面4的细直径部位的 外径小于铝管6缩口端8、 9内孔直径,而铜管圆锥面4的粗直径部位的外 径大于铝管6缩口端8、 9内孔直径;进口铜管7和出口铜管l的圆锥面4 紧紧地插入鼓形铝管6的縮口端8、 9内,形成铜铝管之间有一接触段10 区间。铜铝管之间接触段10的宽度为5至35毫米,铜铝管之间接触段10 的宽度优选为5至25毫米,更为优选的铜铝管之间接触段的宽度为5-15 咖。铜管圆锥面4的粗直径部位的外径大于铝管6縮口端8、 9内孔直径。附图所示的实施例实际是一个铜铝复合结构的抗性消音器的具体实施 案例,该抗性消音器是由作为消音器外壳的铝管6、铜制消音管7和出口 铜接头l连接组成,作为消音器外壳的铝管6为两端縮口、中间通过内部 挤涨后凸起的鼓形铝管:铜制消音管7为内径相同的同心异径铜管;出口 铜接头1的一端和铜制消音管7的一端分别插入作为消音器外壳的铝管6 的两縮口端8、 9;在铜铝管之间的接触段IO通过边加压插入边通电加热 的焊接形式,形成铜铝管牢固的金属键连接。铜铝之间接触段10为一个宽度为5至25毫米的圆锥面4。铜管圆锥 面4的粗直径部位的外径大于铝管6缩口端8、 9内孔直径。插入作为消音器外壳的铝管6内的铜制消音管7的一端处开有减音孔11。制作上述铜铝复合结构抗性消音器的装配焊接工序方法是很重要的, 主要工序描述如下:将铜制消音管7和出口铜接头1分别插向鼓形铝管6的两个縮口端8、 9中,此时锎制消音管7的细直径部位外径和出口铜接头1的导向部位的 外径与鼓形铝管6縮口端9内孔为间隙配合,而出口锎接头1的外径和铜 制消音管7的粗径部位外径皆与鼓形铝管6的缩口端8、9内孔为过盈配合;将铜制消音管7和出U铜接头1在顶推力Fl作用下插入鼓形铝管6两个縮口端8、 9的内孔中,同时将鼓形铝管6的两个縮口端8、 9内孔中的 杂质及氧化物清理干净,避免影响铜铝之间的焊接结构;在铜铝管之间的接触区段IO利用锎铝接触电阻通电加热,并且边加热 边将铜管1、 7在外压力Fl的作用下不断1"J鼓形铝管6内部移动;在边加热边移动的焊接过程中,铜铝管之间的工件位移距离为5至25 毫米,伴生的铜铝共晶物边生成边被铜铝管之间的位移挤出;在加热焊缝中铜铝管之间形成金属键连接,使铜制消音管7和出口铜 接头1与鼓形铝管6形成一体,获得合格铜铝复合结构抗性消音器。将作为消音器外壳的铝管6的外惻套上热缩管12后,加热热缩管12 使热縮管12紧密地包在锎铝管的外部,获得具有防腐功能的铜铝复合结构 抗性消音器。所述的外压力为由推动铜管轴向运动所产生的轴向顶推力Fl和施加 在铜、铝管外壁避免其与模具产生相对位移的径向压力F组成。另外,在抗性消音器铝外壳6的加工过程中,采用挤涨的方式同时利 用相关工、模具将软态的铝管6涨成设计要求的形状,铝管6经过挤涨强 制变形,中间部分的软态铝管6变为硬态管,而铝管两端仍处于软态,强 度得到提高,可以在缩口前对铝管6进行化学去膜处理;为提高模锻縮口 的质量采用高速模锻对铝管两端縮口;用精密辊锻的原理加工消音器消音 管7;根据介质压力、流速、截面积等参数,利用流体力学和卢学的理论 及实践数据,设计相关的减音孔结构及数量。利用铜铝两种材料在硬度上的差异,即利用锎管l、 7插入铝管外壳6 时的高压作用,将铝管内表面的氧化物清理十净。在清理铝管氧化物的同 时对固定电极5和移动电极2通电对结合区利用铜铝接蝕电阻加热,边加 压边加热,在这个过程中铜管i、 7在顶推气缸F1力的作用下不断向铝管 6的内部移动,与普通电阻焊接方法不同,本发明的焊接过程锎铝管之间 工件位移距离超过5毫米,产生的铜铝共晶物边生成边被铜铝间的位移高 压挤出,避免脆性组织对接头的影响。由于在铜铝管之间的接触段10中脆 性材料被挤出,在烊接表幽'的铜铝之M形成金嵐键连接,从而使锎铝管路 保持牢固一体。该类罐体的外部经防腐处理后其寿命将达到20年以上。

1、一种铜铝复合结构金属罐体,它是由铝管、进口铜管和出口铜管连接组成,其特征在于所述的铝管为中段凸起、两端缩口的鼓形铝管;进口铜管和出口铜管的一端口处为圆锥面,铜管圆锥面的细直径部位的外径小于铝管缩口端内孔直径,而铜管圆锥面的粗直径部位的外径大于铝管缩口端内孔直径;进口铜管和出口铜管的圆锥面紧紧地插入鼓形铝管的缩口端内,形成铜铝管之间有一接触段区间。
2、 根据权利要求1所述的一种铜铝复合结构金属罐体,其特征在于 所述的铜铝管之间接触段的宽度为5-25imn。
3、 根据权利要求2所述的一种铜铝复合结构金属罐体,其特征在于所 述的铜管圆锥面的粗直径部位的外径大于铝管縮口端内孔直径。
4、 根据权利要求l、 2或3所述的一种铜铝复合结构金属罐体,其特 征在于所述的铜铝管之间接触段的宽度为5-15fflm。
5、 根据权利要求4所述的一种铜铝复合结构金属罐体,其特征在于所 述的进口铜管为一根一段粗直径、 一段细直径的同心异径铜管,粗直径与 细直径之间的铜管外圆为圆锥面,该同心异径铜管紧紧地插入鼓形铝管的 缩口端内,该同心异径铜管的细直径部位外径与鼓形铝管縮口端内孔为间 隙配合,而出口铜管的外径和同心异径铜管的粗直径部位外径与鼓形铝管 縮口端内孔为过盈配合。
6、 根据权利要求5所述的一种铜铝复合结构金属罐休,其特征在于所 述的同心异径铜管插入鼓形铝管縮口端内的细直径管的側端面上开有减音 孔。
