Abstract
利用尿素溶液法的烟气脱硝装置,涉及环境保护领域的火力发电厂烟气脱硝技术。本实用新型包括与SCR反应器上游烟道连接成整体结构的反应器。所述反应器内置有凵型排管,凵型排管的一侧管为静态混合器,静态混合器的上端为与大气相通的空气进管。所述凵型排管的另一侧管为喷氨格栅,喷氨格栅的顶端为盲端。所述凵型排管的底段为分解室,分解室的一端置有向分解室内喷入雾化尿素溶液的喷嘴。分解室与烟道平行放置,分解室的上部分置于烟道内,分解室的下部分置于烟道外。同现有技术相比,本实用新型利用烟气的热量使尿素溶液转化为氨气作为SCR的还原剂,实现安全、经济的脱硝反应。
Description
利用尿素溶液法的烟气脱硝装置技术领域本实用新型涉及环境保护领域的火力发电厂烟气脱硝技术,特别是大气治理中的利用尿素溶液直接脱除烟气中N0x的装置。 背景技术随着环境保护问题的日益突出,火电厂燃煤锅炉产生的NOx的排 放问题以及减少其排放量的途径正迅速引起全球范围的关注。其中选 择性催化还原法SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction),因其脱除 N0x的效率高,还原剂用量少,而得到最广泛应用。而在这种方法中一 般是以氨(NH3)作为还原剂喷入烟气,在较低温度和催化剂的作用下, 将N0x还原成N2和H20。选择性就是指NH3具有选择性,它只与N0x进 行反应,而不与氧发生反应。由于氨气的来源通常是由液氨加热气化 制得的,而液氨作为一种危险化学品在储存、运输、和气化过程中存 在爆炸、泄露等安全隐患,所以应用受到很大限制。因此在公众安全 备受关注的地方,通常使用尿素溶液热解法制备氨气,而此法通常需 要消耗大量燃料,很不经济,并且尿素热解装置投资较大。 发明内容为了克服上述现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一 种利用尿素溶液法的烟气脱硝装置。它利用烟气的热量使尿素溶液转 化为氨气作为SCR的还原剂,实现安全、经济的脱硝反应。为了达到上述发明目的,本实用新型的技术方案以如下方式实现:利用尿素溶液法的烟气脱硝装置,其结构特点是,它包括与SCR反应器上游烟道连接成整体结构的反应器。所述反应器内置有u型排 管,u型排管的一侧管为静态混合器,静态混合器的上端为与大气相通的空气进管。所述U型排管的另一侧管为喷氨格栅,喷氨格栅的顶 端为盲端。所述U型排管的底段为分解室,分解室的一端置有向分解 室内喷入雾化尿素溶液的喷嘴。分解室与烟道平行放置,分解室的上 部分置于烟道内,分解室的下部分置于烟道外。在上述烟气脱硝装置中,所述U型排管的各段截面为方管或者圆管。本实用新型由于采用了上述结构,利用烟气的热量使尿素溶液转 化为氨气作为SCR的还原剂,不需要外加热源,节能效果显著,且 设备投资小。工艺中不使用液氨,适用于对安全要求敏感的地区。下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步说明。 附图说明附图是本实用新型的结构示意图。具体实施方式参看附图,本实用新型包括与SCR反应器上游烟道1连接成整体 结构的反应器。反应器内置有U型排管,U型排管的各段截面为方管 或者圆管。U型排管的一侧管为静态混合器3,静态混合器3的上端 为与大气相通的空气进管4。 U型排管的另一侧管为喷氨格栅2,喷氨格栅2的顶端为盲端。U型排管的底段为分解室6,分解室6的一 端置有向分解室6内喷入雾化尿素溶液的喷嘴5。分解室6与烟道1 平行放置,分解室6的上部分置于烟道1内,分解室6的下部分置于 烟道1外。静态混合器3根据在保证通过烟气换热后的空气温度可达350°C 以上的条件下选择相应排管的直径和数量。本实用新型使用时,烟气自电厂锅炉产生后进入到烟道1。利用 烟气的热量使尿素溶液加热分解出氨气,尿素溶液自喷嘴5雾化喷入 分解室6,尿素溶液浓度选择在50%左右,并根据具体工况优化。空 气自空气进管4进入静态混合器3, 一般控制压力小于O. lMPa,总量 控制形成的氨气混和气浓度6%以下。通过喷氨格栅2将还原性气体 氨气喷入烟道1形成混合烟气。混合烟气经过静态混合器3时与空气 换热,并在静态混合器3中实现氨气与烟气的二次混合。混和均匀的 烟气进入到SCR反应器,在催化剂作用下将N0X还原成无害的N2 和H20。
