一种折叠盒式刀案，针对传统的菜刀和案板在不用时一般分别存放，存在着不卫生、占用空间大、使用不方便等问题而设计。其特征在于：盒底为案板，盒盖为储刀室，其储刀室内设有若干个刀具固定袢。此外，在案板与储刀室之间设有支撑钩，在案板与储刀室侧面设有案室闭合扣。本实用新型将刀和案板合为一体存放，使用时打开闭合扣，掀起盒盖，挂好支撑钩，根据需要从储刀室取下刀具操作。用后将刀具放入储刀室的刀具固定袢内，将案板清理后，摘掉支撑钩，关闭盒盖，扣好闭合扣，适地存放。这样既安全卫生又方便使用，还能节省作业时间，而且不用时刀案占用空间少，非常符合现代人的生活节奏和卫生习惯。

技术背景：众所周知，菜刀和案板是一对不可分用的厨具伙伴，可是，它俩在不工作时一般来说却是分门立户的，即刀有刀位板有板位，除非是将刀和板平放在一起，自古以来人们对此已经习以为常。不过，到了当今社会，生活的快节奏，厨房的效能化和洁净化，渐渐地使人们觉得，刀、板不用时分置或刀、板平放在一起存在着许多问题，至少包括不卫生、占用空间大、使用不方便，等等。
实用新型内容：本实用新型的目的是，提供一种折叠盒式刀案，它使刀和案板不分家，既安全卫生又方便使用。其技术解决方案是：一种折叠盒式刀案，其特征在于：盒底为案板，盒盖为储刀室，其储刀室内设有若干个刀具固定袢。此外，在案板与储刀室之间设有支撑钩，在案板与储刀室侧面设有案室闭合扣。与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点主要在于：它将刀和案板合为一体存放，使用时打开闭合扣，掀起盒盖，挂好支撑钩，根据需要从储刀室取下刀具操作。用后将刀具放入储刀室的刀具固定袢内，将案板清理后，摘掉支撑钩，关闭盒盖，扣好闭合扣，适地存放。这样既安全卫生又方便使用，还能节省作业时间，而且不用时刀案占用空间少，非常符合现代人的生活节奏和卫生习惯。
