本实用新型公开了一种阳台墙靠背直插式无动力太阳能热水系统,它包括集热器、水箱、水管、恒温混水阀和喷头;集热器与水箱背靠背安装在阳台墙内,热管远离水箱的一端高于插入水箱内的一端,按不大于5°的水平倾角置于集热器中,插入水箱内的一端向后煨成90°角,插入水箱的一端内,水箱的下端安装有自来水进水管,上端安装有热水出管。水箱与集热器背靠背地安装在一起,不但节省了占用的空间,且水只靠自来水的压力就能循环,节省了电力,其体积小,使用更方便,安装简便,成本低,热损失小,最大限度应用了太阳能,热水效率高;其运行简单,用户免维护;物业和开发商省去了维护之苦。其适合于任何住宅建筑,尤其适宜高层住宅楼的应用。

一、技术领域
本实用新型属于一种太阳能热水系统。
二、背景技术
目前市场上的太阳能热水系统包括分户直插式、集中供热式和阳台墙式。传统的分户直插式热水器往往是几根玻璃管,顶着一个大圆水箱布置在楼房顶上,靠落水法取热水,而现在的楼顶屋面都已规划为坡屋顶,这种热水器不易安装固定,它的安装也严重影响了建筑物的外观效果,对于高层建筑它根本无法应用,在要求太阳能与建筑物一体结合的大背景下,这种产品难逃被淘汰的命运。集中供热式系统集热器集中摆放在建筑物的屋面上,这在一定程度上解决了外观问题,但高层住宅屋顶使用面积往往不够整楼住户的太阳能热水器的使用,而且,这种系统较大,随之而来的管道、设备的热损失也较大,需要耗用大量的电力能源来保持水温和水循环,同时需要物业部门日常维护,这样产生的热水价格较高,老百姓不易接受。传统阳台式太阳能热水器往往是集热器与水箱分体安装,中间需要加循环水泵循环,而且水箱在卫生间或者阳台间需要占用空间,集热器往往是外挂于阳台外墙,影响外墙效果。
三、发明内容
本实用新型就是解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种安装在阳台墙内,集热器与水箱安装在一起,且无需循环水泵即能使热水循环的阳台墙靠背直插式无动力太阳能热水系统。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种阳台墙靠背直插式无动力太阳能热水系统,它包括集热器、水箱、水管、恒温混水阀和喷头;集热器与水箱背靠背安装在阳台墙内,热管远离水箱的一端高于插入水箱内的一端,按不大于5°的水平倾角置于集热器中,插入水箱内的一端向后煨成90°角,插入与集热器背靠背的水箱的一端内,水箱的下端安装有自来水进水管,上端安装有热水出管,热水出管通过连接自来水管的混水阀后,连接洗浴或者淋浴的出水头。
本实用新型的集热器的热管外壁上布满了吸热翅片。其吸热效果更好,热水的热度更高。
本实用新型集热器外壳采用钢化玻璃,其外表面与阳台墙的外墙面平齐。
由于本实用新型采用了上述方案,集热器安装在阳台墙内,水箱与集热器背靠背地安装在一起,不但节省了占用的空间,且水不用加循环水泵,只靠自来水的压力就能循环,不再依赖于电力,节省了电力,其体积小,使用更方便,成本低。其采用直插式,热损失小,最大限度应用了太阳能,热水效率高。其运行简单,用户免维护;物业和开发商省去了维护之苦。土建在施工时预留好洞口,集热器与水箱连接后由屋内向外安装,本系统安装简便。集热器外表面钢化玻璃与阳台墙的外墙面平齐,不影响建筑物的外观效果。其适合于任何住宅建筑,尤其适宜高层住宅楼的应用。

五、具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本实施例包括集热器4、水箱7、水管、恒温混水阀10和喷头9。集热器4与水箱7背靠背安装在阳台墙1内,集热器4外壳采用钢化玻璃,其外表面与阳台墙1的外墙面平齐。热管2远离水箱7的一端高于插入水箱7内的一端,按不大于5°的水平倾角置于集热器4中,插入水箱内的一端5向后煨成90°角,插入与集热器4背靠背的水箱7的一端内,水箱7的下端安装有自来水进水管8,上端安装有热水出管6,热水出管6通过连接自来水管的混水阀10后,连接洗浴或者淋浴的出水头9。热管2外壁上布满了吸热翅片3。

1、一种阳台墙靠背直插式无动力太阳能热水系统,它包括集热器、水箱、水管、恒温混水阀和喷头;其特征是:集热器与水箱背靠背安装在阳台墙内,热管远离水箱的一端高于插入水箱内的一端,按不大于5°的水平倾角置于集热器中,插入水箱内的一端向后煨成90°角,插入与集热器背靠背的水箱的一端内,水箱的下端安装有自来水进水管,上端安装有热水出管,热水出管通过连接自来水管的混水阀后,连接洗浴或者淋浴的出水头。
