Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种木工机械，尤其涉及一种微波加热涂胶滚压机。
背景技术
目前在木材加工行业中，往往需要用对木材进行涂胶工艺，传统的涂胶工艺费时费力，工人的劳动强度大，涂胶的均匀度也不佳，以不能满足目前家具加工的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决目前木材进行涂胶工艺费时费力，劳动强度大，涂胶质量不稳定等问题，提供一种具有结构简单，使用方便等优点的微波加热涂胶滚压机。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种微波加热涂胶滚压机，它包括压力机，压力机带有机架，在机架外部是包围其的外壳，所述机架上安装有多个涂胶辊，它们与动力装置连接，每个涂胶辊一侧设有一个相应的微波头，微波头与控制电路连接。
所述外壳内壁设有不锈钢内衬。
所述动力装置为安装在机架底部的电动机，它通过传动链/皮带与各涂胶辊连接。本实用新型改变了传统的涂胶机，将微波加热与涂胶工艺进行了结合，充分利用微波加热提高涂胶均匀度和粘度，多滚滚压可使所涂胶的产品平整均匀。采用不锈钢内衬，可有效防止微波泄漏，对周围环境产生不良影响。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单，使用方便，涂胶效果好，省时省力。

图1、图2中，它包括压力机，压力机带有机架2，机架2上安装压头等压力装置，同时在机架2外部是包围其的外壳1，机架2上安装有多个涂胶辊3，它们与动力装置连接，每个涂胶辊3一侧设有一个相应的微波头4，微波头4与控制电路连接。外壳1内壁设有不锈钢内衬。动力装置为安装在机架2底部的电动机5，它通过传动链/皮带与各涂胶辊3连接。

1、一种微波加热涂胶滚压机，它包括压力机，压力机带有机架，在机架外部是包围其的外壳，其特征是：所述机架上安装有多个涂胶辊，它们与动力装置连接，每个涂胶辊一侧设有一个相应的微波头，微波头与控制电路连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的微波加热涂胶滚压机，其特征是：所述外壳内壁设有不锈钢内衬。
3、根据权利要求1所述的微波加热涂胶滚压机，其特征是：所述动力装置为安装在机架底部的电动机，它通过传动链/皮带与各涂胶辊连接。
